Easy to use and has a long-lasting battery. Voice tells you when it needs cleaning, when it needs charging, and so forth. Got it on sale, so it was a very good value. Used it on tile flooring.

I have two labs and it collects all the dog hair! It cuts my time in half when cleaning since it vacuums and mops at the same time. Everyone should have one!

It really hurt my back to sweep and mop my bathroom, kitchen and dining room but using the Tineco has made this big job so much easier

I thought it was a bit expensive but after researching others, I am so glad I bought this one. It is perfect if you have hardwood floors and pets! The vacuum self cleans plus you can clean every part of it. No pet hair odor, from dog hair. I use it for my hardwoods and linoleum floors. It cleans and is so efficient.

I’d never found anything that truly cleans our hardwood floors UNTIL NOW! This mop vac is amazing! Please be patient as you will have to change the dirty and clean water tanks a few times during cleaning. But it’s worth it!

After every single time you use it, the parts need to be cleaned to avoid any lingering odors. I bought this thinking it was going to cut down time in cleaning but I think it doubled it due to having to clean the parts. Also the back part where it charges broke within the first 2 months. Still charges though
