Such a wonderful product! Really cleans the floor well and this model has a much larger water tank for clean and dirty water.

This is a very nice modern vacuum mop with great features love that you can put away and cleans its self by a push of a button. You can also store it with its own storage bottom.

This mop works great, it stays charge for some time and does a great job cleaning the floor. The only down side is that it does not clean well between the grout lines.

So I think this product could be amazing and I’ve only had it just for a few weeks but it’s already shut off a couple of times and acted like I had a full water tank when I didn’t and then I take the water tank out and I put it back in and then it starts working properly again so I’m just not sure yet whether or not it’s a great product. If it holds up and is sturdy then it could be,the rest of the technology in the way that it works all of that is it looks like and feels like an amazing product. Hope this helps. This is an amzing vaccum and mop combo. I have been recommending to all my friends and family. Must have if you have hardwood or LVP!

Jusy got thisnfornour newly installed Vinyl flooring and it cleaned them quiclnand effectively. Self cleaning is great too. The suction only mkde on this model is great forna quick spot cleaning as well

Fantastic product. Heard about the Tineco from our daughter-in-law and she was right - great floor product for hard floors - all types. Really cleans up our new LPV flooring and with minimal water residue on floor. The 'wet vac' system is great and easy clean up.

This is a very good product. The first one I purchased, within the first month, I had to send it off for repair. Tineco ended up sending me a brand new unit because they could not repair it. The company is really easy to work with.

The best purchase I have made in years, this thing really cleans my floors so much better than anything else I have ever used including sitting scrubbing on my hands and knees.

Tineco S5 is exactly what I had hoped it would be. Saves so much time and actually cleans the floor instead of pushing the dirt around. Cereal and chips on the floor from 4, 6 & 8 year old boys is no longer a issue.

I was hoping that it would help clean grout also, but the nap on the brush is not long enough. If you have a wood floor or vinyl floor, I think this would be a good purchase. The only thing that I think could’ve been done better was a larger reservoir for water and cleaner.
