The vacuum is great, it does an excellent hob in cleaning the floor and itself, it is also self driven i feel like i have to hold it back

I had it for only one year and it was great in the beginning but started to noticed it started gaving some difficulties. I noticed that the top wouldnt stay on and the spring was out of it . When it clean there qas still water that spit from the sides, And not even a year old it not sucking up dirty water. I clean it after every use and also order the cleaning solution as it recommended. Its charged and cleaned . Everytime i put it on it works for a second than turns off and spits water. I live in a small apartment with 2 bedroom and 2bathroom no pets or anything . So i dont understand why it just stop working in less than a year.

Definitely worth the hype ! It makes it so easy and convenient when cleaning up the kitchen or a small area ! I am not disappointed love it

This is kind of life changing for someone who is both lazy but appreciates thorough cleaning. Honestly think this cleans better than a traditional mop (without spending hours) and don't have to vacuum before. Just clean out after each time. Fantastic!

Does a great job on cleaning my tile floors and picking up dust and debris . Doesn’t leave spots . I don’t use cleaner in the actual water I use a spray cleaner on the floor .

Unbelievable product! Limits the amount of time cleaning & nice to not have to go back and forth on vacuuming/mopping.

Not exaclty what was expected. Does a good job of cleaning dust and small debris, however does not clean deeper surfaces and must always be cleaned on every use as well as refilled since the water tank is extremely small. Another issue is the battery runs out very quickly and for some reason it does not clean the edges well.

Great. Highly recommend. If you have pets that shed alot make sure to vaccum before you use. If you have a house with multiple floors, you might need a charge or two to get all the floors

I am absolutely obsessed with my tineco. Instead of pushing dirty water around like a mop, it sucks up with water as it’s being used and makes the house smell amazing. No need to vacuum or sweep before hand and it has no issues sucking up anything I have came across

Cleans well so far. Goes through water and battery quickly. Amazing how dirty the water is after cleaning a floor that does not seem as dirty as the water gets.

Great product, you can really see the dirt and dust that comes off your floor when you finish.

I purchased this item and wasn’t sure about it because it’s a brand I had not heard of before. But this machine is amazing! My floors have never felt so clean, and it’s so convenient. I have a one year old grandson that I watch, and when he eats, food ends up all over the floor. No more stress, this vacuum/ mop picks up everything!! And it has a self cleaning feature that makes it very easy! I would highly recommend this product to everybody. Very pleased with this purchase.

Could cleanup get any easier! I find myself wanting to vacuum because it’s easy to use and fun! Love the voice prompts and self clean cycle!

It’s cool. I bought thinking I would use it so much more often, but it takes a lot to clean and the water goes out so fast. A great product just not as useful as I thought it would be.

I bought this in October 2022 and it worked fine, but just yesterday it stopped charging. I've been browsing YouTube videos with possible solutions from the many others that have the same issue. This is a pricey purchase for an appliance that might not last you more than 1-2 years.

This is the best invesment ever!! I mean, sweap and mop at the same time!! Saves time anf no back pain any more from mopping my floors!! Highly recommended!

This vaccum cleaner has changed my life and my home. I used to procastinate cleaning up after spills since it was too kuch effort but with this, I clean up right after a spill since its just so easy.
