It's ok but the smell is terrible

The idea and this product are great. This vaccum almost goes by itself, it helps a lot and faciliate the job. But the cleaning... I don't know how people do it, but anything I tried wouldn't keep the smell out of the rollers and the dirty water container. In the end, I couldn't get rid of the smell so I returned it within 2 weeks. Got a vaccum robot + cordless vaccum + Swiffer wet jet -- this is the best solution so far. Now this Tineco is great if you want one item that does everything and you can manage to somehow keep the smell out...

I had an older model and I thought it was great but this one has some improvements! Worth the money. Especially if you have a lot of hardwood flooring. In my opinion way better than the robot ones.

The technology in it is a gimmick. What took two stars away is that you need to deep clean the parts after EVERY use. If you don’t the roller will stink to high heaven and the water tank will get gross and nasty. I honestly will use a swiffer wet jet more now as a result. I would not buy this again due to it being so much maintenance.

It is great for day to day cleaning, floor is fully dry in about 4 minutes. Had to clean up a broken tupperware of sauce was incredible. I would say Well worth the money.

Its been about a year and a half now since purchase any everything seem to working fine. The one thing I would point out is that it needs to be very well maintained by cleaning the rolling brush after each use, any interior debris stuck needs to be manually cleaned regularly and be really delicate in handling to prevent running into error messages.

Really appreciate being able to suction a mess without adding more water. I also like being able to roll back over the areas I’ve cleaned to soak up any extra water.

My floors haven’t felt this clean with such little effort ever. It’s one of the Best Buy’s in 2021 for sure. Bite the bullet, I know it’s not cheap but I promise you it is worth it.

Rug Doctor for hard floors

Works great on light dirt without spreading it around as mops do. We have big dogs and it doesn't get up some of the more solid dirt on the floor so I carry a small scrubbing brush.
