The debris tank does not fit flush with the housing, so air escapes and reduces the suction. The only solution is to tape the gap. I keep getting water tank errors despite not using the water tank. That started fresh out of the box. For $300+ I would expect a gasket or better engineering to ensure that nothing leaks. I've yet to use the mop/washer feature. I would not be surprised if this was a previously returned item.

It’s not a vacuum, it’s a dream! Mops and vacuums at the same time. And the bonus: it has separate compartments for clean and dirty water. Definitely worth the money!

I have a long-haired German Shepard/Husky mix. This is perfect for my apartment. Saves me so much time and it is so easy to use.

The vaccume does everything i would expect but im slowly realizing i will be wanting a larger clean and dirty tank. The upgrade to the s5 will be worth the $$$.

This thing is amazing! It is great for day to day cleaning, floor is fully dry in about 4 minutes. Had to clean up a broken tupperware of sauce was incredible. I would say Well worth the money.

I had it for only one year and it was great in the beginning but started to noticed it started gaving some difficulties. I noticed that the top wouldnt stay on and the spring was out of it . When it clean there qas still water that spit from the sides, And not even a year old it not sucking up dirty water. I clean it after every use and also order the cleaning solution as it recommended. Its charged and cleaned . Everytime i put it on it works for a second than turns off and spits water. I live in a small apartment with 2 bedroom and 2bathroom no pets or anything . So i dont understand why it just stop working in less than a year.

What a awesome vacuum/floor cleaner!!! My wife loves it she cleans all the time now! No need to sweep just add water and dump in the toilet and go again!! Wish it worked on the carpet rug

I love using this Tineco vacuum and mop floor cleaning machine, it makes my life easier, being that It is not a cheap machine, you really want to careful with it and make sure to follow the instructions on how it operates

It works wonderful. Helps clean home in no time. Just don’t forget to pour out dirty water every time. Because it will smell like mildew if you don’t.

It’s a absolutely amazing piece of machinery. My floors haven’t felt this clean with such little effort ever. It’s one of the Best Buy’s in 2021 for sure. Bite the bullet, I know it’s not cheap but I promise you it is worth it.

Great mop/vaccum but had a hard time getting it setup on the app.

Love love love. Will not go back to mopping if I can help it. I’d gladly put a $1 a day away to pay for a new one if something happened to this one.

Best purchase ever. Great for hardwood and laminate floors and cleans so quick. You should see the water after you mop, it’s so gross. So glad I bought this

It's the rug doctor for hard floors. Works great on light dirt without spreading it around as mops do. We have big dogs and it doesn't get up some of the more solid dirt on the floor so I carry a small scrubbing brush.

So glad that I purchased this wet vacuum. I will never mop again. It saves me so much time and energy. And I love the fact that I can also use the self cleaning feature. I recommend this to anyone looking to make things easier.

Easy to use and works extremely well. Get up dirt you didn’t realize you had! Only down-side is that cleaning solution refill is expensive.

I was searching for a month & I am amazed with this Vacuum & Mop. I also use it on a steady hairless carpet & hard oriental rugs it was ok at all. The Machine Talks & the Cleaning Solutions smell fresh. The Customer Service was Great.
