Smart Cordless Mopping & Vacuum Machine.

I also use it on a steady hairless carpet & hard oriental rugs it was ok at all. The Machine Talks & the Cleaning Solutions smell fresh. The Customer Service was Great.

Not impressed at all!

It does not clean floor as well at all. The vacuum gets clogged. The battery runs out fast and so does the water so you have to refill it very often. I was so disappointed because I wanted this vacuum so bad. Better off with a swiffer.

But problem of availibility of filter accessory and tineco floor cleaning solution thats not available in bestbuy app and many stores.bust buy should make available accesory like tineco s5 extreme filters and tineco floor cleaning solution for customers. They have that accessory of bissel brand but not tineco accesory available and thats inconvenince for customers.

Don’t waste your money!

When it does that it automatically turns off. I have cleaned this thing from top to bottom and it still gives me this message and doesn’t turn on which makes it basically useless. I looked online and learned that this is a very common error that a lot of people have. Some people have found ways around it, but it shouldn’t be up to the customer to fix something that the manufacturer didn’t address. How do you charge $500 for something with such a major flaw? For this price there should be NO issues. Do not waste your money like I did. I almost purchased the Shark vacuum mop instead and now i wish that i would have.
