It worked well at first until it started telling me that the dirty water tank was full when it wasn’t. When it does that it automatically turns off. I have cleaned this thing from top to bottom and it still gives me this message and doesn’t turn on which makes it basically useless. I looked online and learned that this is a very common error that a lot of people have. Some people have found ways around it, but it shouldn’t be up to the customer to fix something that the manufacturer didn’t address. How do you charge $500 for something with such a major flaw? For this price there should be NO issues. Do not waste your money like I did. I almost purchased the Shark vacuum mop instead and now i wish that i would have.

I have had 2 of these since June 2022. It works extremely well as a wet/dry vacuum, tackling tough messes with ease. Truly amazing piece of technology and a must have for a household with a toddler. However, each one has had battery issues. Its state run time is 25+ minutes, which I got with the first unit for ~30 uses. Then, it started lasting less and less all of a sudden. The battery percentage would gradually go to 50% in the first 5 minutes of use, then go from 50 to 0 in the next minute. I got the unit replaced under the protection plan I had with Total Tech, which was awesome. The second unit has the exact same battery problems, but they started much faster. At its present state, it will run for approximately 2 minutes on a full charge. I will be seeking a full refund that hopefully Total Tech will provide. I cannot recommend this unit despite its awesome cleaning performance due to 2 separate units have critical battery problems within a very short time of ownership.

This is a great vacuum. Only uses liquid so no mode for just vacuum. Not a problem and in fact it cleans better this way. Solidly made. No complaints.

Love that I don't have to vacuum before I mop. This replaces having to vacuum the floor and then get out the bona mop system.

Confusing at first but looked like it would do well, no attachments and the charging dock was not very well thought out with placement of filters but looked nice, quality was on point
