Breaks after a few months

Then the electronics started glitching telling me to start self cleaning even though it was currently in use and then it stopped releasing water all together. I spoke with Best Buy and Tineco customer service did all the diagnostic things they requested to no avail and all they were willing to do was have me ship it in for repair. These machines cost way too much for them to break before they’ve even reached their 6 month mark. Don’t waste your time, there are better options available.

Based on your description, it seems that the electronics began malfunctioning, prompting unnecessary self-cleaning and eventually stopping the water release. We understand your frustration, especially given the cost of the machine and the inconvenience of having to send it in for repairs.
For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time.

This thing sucks

I read several hundred reviews and, it's my belief, people with issues did not read the brief instructions and didn't use the correct soap. The others may have received an item that escaped the QA inspection and, should have just exchanged it or returned it. If somehow the company could reduce the height of pick-up, maneuverability would be much improved. This is the only negative comment I have.

Cleans well and very user friendly

I have to charge midway through.
