I tried the Tineco S3 which was good, so I thought the S5 would be better. It is. Bigger tanks, edge roller, way more powerful auto cleaner and self propelled to name a few. BUT I keep getting the “Dirty water tank full” error even when it’s not. Therefore it won’t clean until you fix the error. I’ve tried everything to “clean” the tank error, looked online, followed directions even from a TikTok made about this on their own account! It happens so much, that I had to return the product. Ugh. I’ll be looking for another brand

Based on your description, it seems that you’ve experienced persistent error messages despite attempting to troubleshoot and clean the tank, even following online instructions and a TikTok video from our own account. For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time.
