However, after that, it often fails to detect the dirty water tank. This has become very frustrating, especially after I empty the tank. The unit won’t mop or vacuum if it can’t detect the dirty water tank attached. It’s like the old TVs, where I had to tap it a few times for it to recognize the tank.

Great purchase

I have read the bad reviews and their claims to me are not a priority. “The voice is too loud.” To me it isn’t bad. “The filters have to take 24 hrs before next use.” It comes with two of each filter, I just rotate them out. The only thing I wish I could fix was the gaps that are between the wall and device. It won’t mop about an inch and a half next to the wall.

So so ….

The first few weeks were exciting but after the excitement wore off I really started to notice the suction isn’t all that great, having to go over the same place at least 7 times for it to pick something up. I am 9 months in and unfortunately already had a “motor failure” and currently working with Tineco to have it repaired

Vac/mop

The water and suds gets out of the tray and on the floor. Also wish it had a feature to just vac or suck up water. Mostly pleased with it because it does do a good job and doesnt leave the floor to wet. Dries quickly.

Iloop does not work

The second one was the same. I'm currently working with Tineco - have shipped off the unit under the warrenty. Hopefully will receive a new machine where the iloop works - still waiting for Tineco to ship it. In terms of cleaning function, it works well, though I wish the brush was able to go into the grout better. I'll revisit this review once I get the third machine. The iloop sensor was a major reason I chose this model.

A nice quick cleanup tool
