Battery fails

Very easy to use

I dont get the hype for this product

Part is probabaly bc we have hand scraped hardwood and this machine doesnt clean all the boards due to the unevenness and extremely thin nap of the roller. I get the same results on our tile floorig as well. It does an "okish" job on the tilea but the grout isnt touched. It also smells horrible even woth me making sure to empty after each use. Its also frustrating to use for quick messea bc you have to fill each time bc its not supposed to sit with clean water inside either. We typically ran a stick vac before using this and it still seema like what small dibres are left just get pushed around by the roller insgead of vacuumed up as advertised as well. Im going to try to sell on marketplace for more than a $200 loss due to hating it so much. I bought in 2022 and used maybe 5 times and ended up going back to mop and bucket.

Good concept, poor engineering

Tineco wanted me to send it to China for repair- NOT. Luckily I was able to exchange it for a Bissell with US support ( bought it due to a Labrador puppy in the home)

Especially when my son decides to throw his milk or food on the ground. Its made clean up 10x easier and faster. Im even doing more messy activities because the clean up after is so much faster !!

Love it!
