    Great concept, love to visual cues, HOWEVER- had it 3 weeks and it stopped working, some issue with the water tank and getting water to the roller . Tineco wanted me to send it to China for repair- NOT. Luckily I was able to exchange it for a Bissell with US support ( bought it due to a Labrador puppy in the home)

    This item was working perfectly and now it does not charge at all nor can I use it. I contacted customer service via email. Customer service is mediocre and not useful. This item only worked for 2 months. Defenitely a company I will never buy from again.
