This is already annoying enough, but what is truly unforgivable is that when the machines barks at you like that, 1) it doesn't mean what is says is true. "Clean the debris, " for instance, when I cleaned the debris 2 seconds ago, 2) it WILL NOT let me override it, but the machine actually shuts down of its own accord. It is like the machine is the master, and I the slave. I could deal with the constant, annoying barking, if I can at least override and control. But oh no, no, the machine will try to CONTROL you and will NOT obey what you want the machine to do. SOOOO aggravating. When it works, it works great.

Just had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in my house. The flooring company suggested this machine. With all the traffic from the contractor the floors were filthy when they left. One cleaning with this product removed all dirt and grime. Spotless. I would highly recommend this product!

Tineco - Floor One S5 Extreme – Unable to charge

It lasted almost a year, then it just stopped charging. At first I thought maybe it wasn't put on the charger properly, then maybe the plug wasn't pushed into the wall properly, then maybe switching outlets, checking connection to the base. Nope not anything worked. I put it into its charging slot in the base, it lights up and says charging then 30 seconds later it quits charging. My first Tinoco was the S1 I think and loved it. I decided to go for a heavy duty unit and was so excited to get this one and gave my last one to my Daughter in law and now I have to decide weather to buy another Tinoco or try Bissell or some other brand. I have a Tinoco cordless Stick Vacuum and absolutely love it. Its probably time to finally throw it out and stop hoping that it might come back to life.

My tineco broke down after a few MONTHS!! I contacted the manufacturer and was able to send it in for repair and it was fixed but, even after the repair I don't feel the motor was strong enough to clean or simply absorb excess water it was using to clean. I was hoping they would replace for a new item especially after a few months and for the price I paid. I also do not use it daily so, I felt like for the amount of usage it was too soon for it to die out. I would not recommend to a friend & will not purchase a new version.

Good for quick cleans not so much for soiled floor

I have a very light gray tile and I can see every spot that it misses. I have to get the old fashioned mop or get on my hands and knees to get the harder to clean spots..,which is often since I have 2 kids and 2 dogs.

Bought one had to exchange it because it was doa. The one that we exchanged it for was also doa. Decided to go through tineco to get a third one because our local best buy was out after the two i had tried and my wife really wanted it. Let me warn you tineco is absolutely a frustrating company to deal with for something like this after a few calls several hours on the phone 2 almost 3 weeks and a million of unnecessary apologies in broken English we finally got one that works, and it's good
