Excellent cleaning ability, easy clean up of machine

I love this item.. It does an excellent job keeping my floors clean.

Cleans well I have it for five months and still works

This was a gift for my granddaughter. She was very happy with the performance. She was a little taken aback when she first plugged it in when it started talking to her.

We love it. Quick. Easy. Easy clean up. Highly recommend to anyone.

It’s great however it’s constantly telling me the tank is full when it isn’t. It’s very frustrating. Sometimes I can use it for awhile but when I empty it it only last 5 seconds before the sensor comes on and I have to dump it again.

No more days of sweeping followed by mopping. Great power and picks up all dirt (whereas other vacuums have always blown the dirt around out the back). I will recommend this to everyone.

I wanted to love this mop because I see people raving about it but it is aweful. It constantly stinks despite regularly cleaning it and allowing it to dry separated. Now, only 1 year later, the mop hardlt cleans and routinely drops dirty water all over my floor. I will never trust Tineco again. This price point should definitely laat a lot longer than the few months it cleaned properly.

Love my Tineco! It has the best suction along with floor cleaning capabilities. We have stained concrete floors and it works amazingly on them.

Highly recommended very good machine for a busy mom

This takes all the work out of cleaning. I have ceramic and hardwood in my house. They shine, not to mention this cleans itself after you use it.

I loved how i was able to vacuum my labradors hair and mop at the same time. cleaning solution smells amazing as well.

At first I was pretty excited to receive this item. It seemed amazing, cleaning and vacuuming in one step! Also, the fact that it can go anywhere, and does not need to be plugged in. However, after one month of use, the reality is that it is a pain in the neck (or other body part as you might prefer!). The dirty water tank must be emptied quite often, and where exactly do you empty dirty water with bits of stuff in it that have been vacuumed up? Not in the sink with garbage disposal because the little bits will gum up/break the disposal. Not down the regular sink because, again, little bits of stuff might clog the plumbing. So, that leaves the toilet...gross...plus, little tiny Lego bits, dog fur, etc, might clog the toilet as well. Also, when cleaning the dirty water tank, bits of fur, hair, etc, must be wiped off with a cloth or paper towel and disposed of. Also, a particularly sticky bit of something on my floor would not clean up with this mop. I had to get out my trusty little steam mop which quickly cleaned up the sticky mess, no muss, no fuss. So, unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Tineco 3 in 1 mop. I think my little steam mop works much better, along with a regular vacuum cleaner for all the little bits, fur, hair, etc, that need to just be thrown away. Maybe if it just cleaned, but did not vacuum, it would be better.

This product works well, it just requires a lot to clean and keep clean.
