Do not buy!! Sensors don’t work!

I constantly get errors that the dirty water tank is full when it’s actually empty so the machine won’t run. After contacting Tineco they sent me a new tank but still didn’t resolve the issue. Later they told me to send it in for repair but after getting it back supposedly fixed, the same problem persists. I contacted them again but this time I didn’t get a reply. It’s so frustrating to run after this for a year, pay few hundred dollars on a machine that never performed properly! And my warranty is expiring soon…

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was one of my best purchases of all time until one day it just stopped spraying water. it still runs but it doesn't really do anything since no water comes out. when I called customer support they did not answer and went into a rabbit hole. Tineco's customer support only operates during regular business hours which means you have to take time off of your work day to call them. it served me for a little over a year but now is worthless.

If there is anything on the sensors that are inside the water tank, it thinks that it is full, which makes it unusable unless you deep clean it.

We didn't get to use it right away because my wife was ill. WE did use the Vacuum 2-3 times where we noticed that the suction was not very good because of it not touching the floor completely and it also did not pick up smaller participles (Ex: shredded paper that may fall on the group) Additionally, there IS STREAKING so it's not cleaning as thoroughly as expected and it smells very bag even after you clean/dry everything out. Best Buy was not very helpful with this process as it passed the return date and tineco did not want to respect their warranty coverage. Highly disappointed.
