We bought this machine a little over a year ago. It worked ok until a month ago when the battery suddenly lost power and would not charge. I tried to contact their customer service, first by phone, then by "chat". By phone, you are put on hold and then every 60 seconds you must press a button to acknowledge you are still there or they will disconnect you. By chat, the first time I waited 20 minutes and no response. The second time, I finally chatted with someone. After repeating myself a few times about the issue witht he machine and serial numbers, etc., they said they would send a link via email with a shipping label within 24 hours. 72 hours later, no label. chat again. oh, your ticket was lost by the computer. we will send another. received it 48 hours later. boxed up the machine and sent it off. they said it will take 2 days to fix. 10 days later, nothing. back to chat. found out that the machine was not repairable and they threw it out. never contacted me, said I didn't respond to an email so they closed the ticket. Never made the attempt to coordinate a replacement, which is a refurbished unit. Said the warranty of the refurbished unit falls to the length of the original machine. when pressed on the fact it will be two months of dealing with the issue with no machine, they refused to extend the warranty to compensate us. Take if from me, stay away from Tineco. They do everything they can to obfuscate and hope you just go away. I will never buy from them again. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Excellent product - No complaints I was skeptic when I was ordering this but I'm 100% satisfied with the purchase its overall quality, effectiveness and utility.

So far so good, I have only used it a couple times so hard to really rate it yet. The two times I have used it though it performed excellent!

My wife really likes the machine, the only downfall so far has been needing to use strictly tineco cleaner, which is not available everywhere.

Pretty good. Gets the job done but it’s a pain to clean. You have to take everything apart and needs some TLC.

I cant say enough about this! With 2 big furry labradoodles this little machine saves me on rainy days.

Does a great job comparing to the i3 and s3, having that extra roller head space makes a huge difference and having the larger reservoir tank also is a big plus

Amazing product definitely something I would recommend everyone by that has hardwood floors.

This vacuum is very powerful, be it solid or liquid, removes it very quickly. Cleaning has become more easy after buying this.

Bought this as a gift for my wife, she already has the Dyson rechargable hand vac. She was wondering "out loud" if only someone made a rechargable mop?

Ver good 2 in 1 vacuum. It wouldve been perfect except it doesnt get all the way to the edges and corners.

Bought 2 in the past month and they both stopped working in 2 uses, the last one I bought today and it didn’t even work at all. I think it’s a bad batch both were purchased at Best Buy in New Orleans area.

it's an amazing machine me as a single father of 1 with 2 dogs it makes my cleaning experience an easy task.

Worst purchase I made. We didn't get to use it right away because my wife was ill. WE did use the Vacuum 2-3 times where we noticed that the suction was not very good because of it not touching the floor completely and it also did not pick up smaller participles (Ex: shredded paper that may fall on the group) Additionally, there IS STREAKING so it's not cleaning as thoroughly as expected and it smells very bag even after you clean/dry everything out. Best Buy was not very helpful with this process as it passed the return date and tineco did not want to respect their warranty coverage. Highly disappointed.

This is my 3rd Tineco . Love this product its great for daily cleaning and quick clean up from baking messes.

Love the practical functionality of this machine. We use it to do all of our floor cleaning

Overall pretty solid machine. Power is good, suction is good. Only gripe is that the wheels streak the floor a little after going over it.
