This floor cleaner is amazing! I can actually tell my floors are getting clean! I have nothing negative to say about it! I would recommend this to anyone thinking about buying a vacuum mop!

It worked great while using it. However Used this product for less than a month and it stopped charging, lights won’t turn on, it does nothing. Warranty takes weeks to respond or make any suggestions. Best Buy won’t take it back because it’s passed their two week return window. Beyond disappointed!!

All it keep saying is chage dirty water tank, with full clean water tank. We did all that but still couldn’t get it to work. This was the second one that lasted about the same length of time. I am wondering if this company is still in business. Lucky for me I’m a total tech member with Best Buy, so I will return this today for a different name brand.
