    If I could give this a 0 star I would. It worked great while using it. However Used this product for less than a month and it stopped charging, lights won’t turn on, it does nothing. Warranty takes weeks to respond or make any suggestions. Best Buy won’t take it back because it’s passed their two week return window. Beyond disappointed!!

    It only lasted 3 months. I contacted customer service and they said to send it to them and they will fix it. The app says motor repair. I’m thinking expensive item. I will let you know what happens but so for it worked great when it worked. I have used it specifically according to the directions and even swept before using. I hope this is resolved soon.

    Terrible vacuum / mop. After the 2nd use, it started turning itself off. I did everything the manual said check inside clear it make sure nothing is stuck. Watch the YouTube tutorial. Make sure it was all cleaned up charged. It tried it for a third time and it kept turning itself off. Definitely has malfunctions that need to be looked at don’t waste your time.

    Frequent malfunction

    I gave it 2 stars because it lasted one year and 3 weeks before it finally did nothing but talks too much. All it keep saying is chage dirty water tank, with full clean water tank. We did all that but still couldn’t get it to work. This was the second one that lasted about the same length of time. I am wondering if this company is still in business. Lucky for me I’m a total tech member with Best Buy, so I will return this today for a different name brand.
