    Ok I like this, but…..the brush randomly starts spinning while it’s in its charging dock. It’s not even turned on and it’s totally random. This happened also after I was using it and I turned the power off and the brush kept spinning and wouldn’t stop. I have no idea what’s going on with it. I dint know if it’s defective or what. I’d give it more stars if it weren’t for this problem, cuz it works great.

    Purchased because of so many videos applauding the cleaning abilities of this machine. First week worked decent good for small unexpected messes does not have an issue with suction picks up kibble no problem and pet hair. Not great for older messes or stains. Always rec a self clean and now it always says the dirty water container is full even after wash. Now unable to clean as it shuts down when it thinks dirty water is full. Will be returning today for the price I was expecting a lot more . The item appears cheaply made.

    I’d give it 0 stars if I could. It BARELY sucks anything off the floor. It constant gets clogged from the smallest amount of dirt/hair/debris and shuts off and tells you to clean it. I will clean it 2 or 3 times just trying to vacuum my 850 square foot apartment… only the 2 bedrooms have carpet. Everything else is laminate flooring… it is the most frustrating thing that I can’t vacuum without it turning off before I can even finish. Do not waste your money. Please don’t.

    Bought this a couple months ago and i spend more time trying to convince the thing that the dirty water tank is not full than actually cleaning the floors. It's incredibly frustrating and i would send it back if i had been smart and kept the box.

    Battery and charging issue

    Had the machine for 4 months and use less than 10 times, it recently died and won't charge, the battery can't hold power 100% will run for 15 minutes.
