It will constantly tell me the dirty water tank is full, when it’s nowhere close. A plastic piece on the bottom broke off when I pulled it off the charger one day and now I have to balance it just right so it will take a charge. Overall I would not buy, stick to a steam mop.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 2 years of use, I can recommend not buying it, it fails all the time, it says that the dirty water tank needs to be emptied, when in reality it is empty, it makes a false contact at the charging base and therefore does not charge, it constantly needs to be maintained to clear the ducts.

I have used it probably 3 times. The rest of the time it has sat on the charger. I went to use it and it does not turn on. If i put it on the charging base it says the battery is at 100%. I can connect to it with the WiFi app, but the second i remove it from the charging base it loses connection and appears to have no power.

Not only does it clean muddy paw prints, but it vacuums the mud clumps and hair too!! Idk how I've lived without it for so long. Oh and the self-clean feature is so nice too!!

But it seems like after month 2 it’s always saying “empty tank” or “ insert dirty water tank” I’ve cleaned the sensors and the entire vacuum and it still says the same thing. For the price I wish thing worked better than what it does. I’m so disappointed in this purchase. Definitely not as advertised
