    Battery and charging issue

    Had the machine for 4 months and use less than 10 times, it recently died and won't charge, the battery can't hold power 100% will run for 15 minutes.

    Good vacuum but not worth the money. The vacuum part doesn’t get much off the floor but the mop part cleans good.

    I have had this for around 2 years. I have used it probably 3 times. The rest of the time it has sat on the charger. I went to use it and it does not turn on. If i put it on the charging base it says the battery is at 100%. I can connect to it with the WiFi app, but the second i remove it from the charging base it loses connection and appears to have no power.

    Love the easy of use when it works. Purchased at the end of August no longer works constantly. Give the error please replace dirty water tank when the tank is on. Call customer service went through every trial to fix it to no avail would not buy again.

    I'm sorry to be the one but this 3 in one mop is not all what it's hyped up to be. I waited too late to open it, so I can't return. My gripes and complaints are it doesn't put out much water, the rollers can have you house stink, if you don't wash/switch them out every time, occasional dust rolls, and taking it apart and cleaning sucks. Not worth it for the price. I know it may be mostly for spills but at this price it should do everything perfect.

    Kind of demanding when it wants to be cleaned. The dirty water tank is kind of a pain to clean. Overall though it does the job well.

    [Employee of bestbuy] The product itself was ok to use but there’s additional work to clean all parts after mopping. If time spent cleaning the vaccum is more than time spent on mopping floor, it doesn’t make sense to buy a vacuum

    Decent job cleaning up but even with the self cleaning cycle if it sits for a few days it starts to stink heavily.

    After 2 years of use, I can recommend not buying it, it fails all the time, it says that the dirty water tank needs to be emptied, when in reality it is empty, it makes a false contact at the charging base and therefore does not charge, it constantly needs to be maintained to clear the ducts.

    Worked awesome until Sept so thats a whopping 70 days. Now it wont charge pins so corrosion. Will contact Tineco saw similar review prior to purchase. Could of just hited a cleaning crew for that price each month.

    It won’t charge so I still haven’t been able to actually use it. Reached out to Tineco and still waiting on a new base. Hopefully when I get to use it I’ll be able to change my review.

    Problems with sensors

    First 6 months worked great was using it about every weekend cleaning it after and properly maintaining it. Then started to have problems with the sensors first it wouldn’t recognize the “dirty water tank” so used the warranty and had it shipped off worked for about 2 weeks then same problem came back but worse now it won’t sense when it’s on the charging station. Still have it cause how expensive it was but it’s honestly a hit or miss if it’s going to work properly.
