I finally used my Tineco S3 yesterday and oh my god, it was a game changer. The money spent was so worth it. All these years I've been washing my floors with a mop and carrying around a heavy bucket. Now I can wash my floors whenever I want, every week if I want to rather than every month or so. It’s light and compact and so easy to use. Thank you for making my life that much easier.

The vacuum mop definitely does what it needs to do. The reason why I am giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because when clean the water gets consumed quickly and when it’s doing the self clean as well. You will have to continuously refill the clean water tank. The other issue I have is that the corners of the walls do not get cleaned. Manufacturers need to take that into consideration being that the item cost $500+. Other than that it cleans very well. I have 2 pets and they tend to make a mess, the mop cleans what other mops do not. It so happened that I mopped the day before and used the machine following day, once I emptied the dirty water tank I saw what my regular mop wasn’t able to do. Cuts down the cleaning time but must consider the corners.

The Tineco S3 Extreme is a good floor cleaner with a nice light design, excellent charging dock, and seems to be well constructed for regular duty use in a household setting. The product was packaged nicely and easy to set up, and getting ready to clean my first floor was a breeze. I assembled and charged the unit, and after the recommended charging cycle, went about cleaning my first floor. Word of note: This device requires being fully loaded with battery power AND cleaning solution before it can be operated, so this unit CANNOT be used as a floor vacuum alone. The unit cleans hard floors well - I was able to test on laminate and vinyl floors, where the scrubber did a good job of distributing solution, and wiping up the floor. Some more stubborn dirt required revisits and slower cleaning, but was eventually removed. The cleaning head is much like a traditional vacuum cleaner, and as a result, had a difficult time on inner corners and edges of the floor. When cleaning a whole house area I had to go back with a sponge and towel and clean against the baseboards by hand, which sort of defeats the purpose of upright tools, save for maintenance cleaning where deep cleaning and detailing are a task for a different cleaner. Another issue was the capacity - Of both the battery and the solution tank - This tank is small, so I could only do a few dozen square feet at a time before running out - Think the average kitchen floor or maybe a small breakfast area also. My home has vinyl and laminate throughout so to clean the whole first floor and office took a few recharges and refills. This is a good touch-up cleaner and works well, but for seasonal spring cleaning or deep cleaning (or anything where edges and details matter) it misses the mark. The vacuum and mop features worked well together otherwise.

The Tineco S5 wet dry vacuum cleaner is awesome. It cleans my hardwood floors REALLY well. To get my floors this clean I have to (Step 1) Vacuum, (Step 2) steam mop or wipe down. But the Tineco S5 save me these 2 steps.. Just fill the container with water and turn it on. With hardwood floors I really don’t want to steam the floors too much because it could damage the wood. Also I don’t want to wet the floors too much for the same reason. The Tineco S5 leaves a small thin layer of water on my hardwood floors that would dry up in a few minutes. The biggest drawback is that you have clean the Tineco after every use. Empty dirty water container, wash it out, clean the brush, and wipe down the vacuum. If you don’t it will start smelling. This is the extra step but necessary with anything dealing with water cleaning. Overall highly recommend but this won’t replace your vacuum.

The Tineco FloorOne S3 is a good overall floor cleaner with a number of nice features. It’s easy to use, and the wet functionality is nice for cleaning up spills or essentially mopping hard flooring. The self cleaning feature is also a definite plus. However, my reason for giving it only 3 stars is the suction capability is lacking. When using the FloorOne S3 input kitchen, we tend to find dog hair on the floor after going over it. Obviously most of the hair and other debris is removed but not all of it. As a result we still use our vacuum, then use the FloorOne S3 afterward.

I think I can finally throw out the mop and bucket! This Tineco vac mop is impressive and so easy to use. Setting it up is a breeze. Just unpack and slide the handle into place, then fully charge. It comes with the base for charging and protecting the floor from the wet roller. So for I've left it in auto mode and it had done what I needed. Spill something on the floor? Grab this guy and it sucks up the mess and then mops the spot clean. The mop is so smart it talks to you to tell you what it needs and tells you when the floor is clean. The included cleaning solution works great, leaves no residue, and smells awesome! It's so nice it comes with extra filters, cleaning tool, and brush roll. The mop does have a self cleaning mode for the brush roll but it's good to have a super clean roll on standby. There is an app(of course) to download that gives more info about the device. When setting up, it did say to disconnect the phone from mobile data, but a few seconds later the vac mop announced it was connected. So just ignore that if you see it pop up. This is a great 21st century addition to any home.

I only use this product for less than 5 times , the first time was good and starting at the 3rd time battery runs out in 5 minutes with a fully charged! Then I put it back to charge and it doesn’t charge! All night long only stays on 23%! Returning back !

I totally underestimated this machine. When I turned it on, the brush kicked in and almost dragged me acoss the floor! Not really, but I was surprised by how powerful the brush was for such a compact package. This mop is no joke. I'm a busy and stressed-out professional, so lots of housekeeping chores don't get done on a regular basis. I've been meaning to clean the kitchen floor for quite a while -- I had food and coffee spills, tracked mud, etc, on the floor in places, and serious grossness under the oven and fridge. I figured that I'd give this machine a workout. It really worked. It took several passes in some areas, but the machine just kept working at the mess until it was all clean. The dirty tank strains out the solid materials to make it easy to dump without clogging your sink. It also uses less water than I would expect, so I didn't have to dump the tank nearly as often as I thought I would have to. The clean tank and the dirty tank have good capacity. One super thoughtful little detail is that both tanks have flat bottoms, so they can be put upright on the counter, and you don't have to lean them against anything like you do with other wet vacuums. I really like how it is as maneuverable as a light vacuum, it does a great job on hard floors and we can also use it on floor mats that aren't too thick. That brush-forward design really gets right up to edges and corners. It is very user-friendly. The display is large, bright and useful, and the voice prompts are really helpful. Even self-cleaning is super easy. I'm just not sure what benefits you get from the app or its wifi connection.

Absolutely love! Bought from another site but have had my eye on it for a year. I only wish the water tank was a little larger so I would not have to refill during cleaning. Love the self cleaning. Good battery life.

PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU if you live in a larger home with ample square footage (I would recommend the S5 or S7; larger water reservoir tanks). S3 is PERF for smaller homes as refilling or dumping the tanks are not much of a hassle (maybe once or twice for my whole apt) and I find the battery life sustains itself pretty well. My ONLY request for Tineco would be 1) Allow your cleaning solution to be easily accesible for current consumers to buy at local stores — I don’t want to only buy from Tineco website or Amazon 2)Please sell cleaning solution by the gallon

It’s so easy to use Helpful for moms especially wen they have kids that are sick it doesn’t take much time to clean

love the way it cleans the floor. but when storing it away to charge if the clean water canister is left in it it leaks all over the place and makes a mess. Thinking of returning it cause it’s such a hassle with all the leaking.

The unboxing seemed simple to me, since the vacuum cleaner has several accessories, from the moment the box is opened instructions are shown that are the quick guide to use. Once you have everything out of the box, you need assembly it, only the top part is placed and it is ready. What I must make clear is that because this vacuum cleaner also has the function of washing the floor, certain actions are required to follow for its correct and satisfactory use, I mean that first of all it works with water and with a liquid to clean that is already included. In addition to this there are certain parts of the vacuum cleaner that must always be washed after use, in reality it is not difficult at all but the opposite, each part that can be removed from the vacuum cleaner to be able to clean it are easy parts to manipulate, after the first use it seems difficult to clean it, but is easier than I thought. In terms of performance, it fulfills its function well enough, however, one thing to mention that in my opinion of the most important, is the battery, the duration is not very long, however, in a scenario in which the floor it has already been swept or vacuumed previously and it only requires washing the floor, time is enough. The Tineco Hard Floor Washer S5 is an efficient and compact cordless hard floor cleaner that gets the job done. The box includes the S5, a bottle of cleaning solution. an extra dry filter and roller brush, a cleaning brush and the charging/self cleaning storage base. Once you remove everything from the box all you have to do is insert the handle into the vacuum until you here a click. I would recommend fully charging the unit prior to using it as mine had about a %40 charge out of the box. The S5 can be linked to your phone via the Tineco app so that you can view the status of your S5 on your phone as well as access the manual and tutorial videos. The approximate runtime is about 35-40 minutes in auto mode and this may vary depending on how dirty your floors are. After powering on your S5 and filling the water tank to the line you have the option of adding a capful of the cleaning and deodorizing solution to the water tank. Once you recline the S5 in auto mode it seems to do most of the hard work for you. There is no need to press any buttons to dispense the water solution as it is automatically dispensed and the power of the brush roll is adjusted based on the dirt levels. There is a blue ring on the S5 display that turns red if the surface is dirty and will turn blue as the surface gets cleaner. Once the dirty water tank is full or the clean water tank is empty the S5 will provide you with an audible warning to empty the dirty water tank and refill the clean water. The S5 will also continuously assess the cleanliness of the brush roll and suggest a self cleaning cycle when the brush roll is oversaturated. When the self cleaning cycle is suggested you simply place the S5 on the base and allow it to run the cleaning cycle until it tells you it is complete. I have a pretty large area of tile floors to clean so I had to empty the dirty water tank a few times and I was not able to clean the entire area without discharging the entire battery. The clean water tank could have been designed a little better so that you don't have to tilt it to fill it up however the design leads to the S5's sleek and compact looks. The S5 is much easier to maneuver than my previous hard floor cleaner and I feel like the brush roll design allows for a better cleaning experience. The S5 requires 4-5 hours for a full charge so it would have been great to allow for swappable batteries. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the Tineco Hard Floor Washer S5 and find it easy enough to use for quick clean-ups on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend it if you have hard floor surfaces because it cuts your cleaning time in half by vacuuming and washing at the same time

We got tile around the house and with a couple of young boys running around, we probably don't clean it as often or a thoroughly as we should. We were using a pad based mop with some cleaning solution, and had a steam cleaner that we would spot clean when really needed. The one thing with this is you would need to double down on the cleaning. The Tineco Floor One S5 looked like a product that would be great, would allow to clean more efficiently with less effort, and does it ever! Since we got this we haven't had to take out our ol' tag team cleaning solution. Included in the box was the Floor One S5, power cord, charging stand, additional brush heads, an extra filter, a bottle of cleaning solution, a cleaning brush and some manuals. The Floor one S5 is very easy to put together and just as easy to take apart. The unit does check and self cleans after use, but you can easily take the unit apart and clean the tanks, roller and filter. You don't need to push this cleaner, the roller drives the unit forward allowing you to simply glide it in the direction you wish to clean. The display is really nice and keeps you up to date on the power and cleanliness of your water/solution. With the size of our space, this unit is perfect! Cleaning also isn't as much of a chore as it was. We are really happy with the Tineco Floor One S5, Anyone with hard floors should consider looking at this for your next purchase!

I am a tineco customer for life. I will never buy another brand if wet mop vacuum. This thing is a life saver. It cleans so well and saves me so much time, and the battery life is great. I tried a bissell crosswave x7 for two days before returning it to get this, and I am much more satisfied with this purchase. It’s expensive, but so worth it.

As someone who owns a home with mostly hardwood floors, small amounts of carpets, and a large number of rugs, I've definitely struggled to find the best and most versatile cleaning solutions. The Floor One S3 is the closest I've come yet to floor cleaning bliss. Things I liked about it: Tidy package with the dock, holds most of the parts and accessories, and you don't have to plug in to charge it, there are contacts in the dock that do this for you. Extra brush roller Self Cleaning mode when you dock Voice announcements for what it's doing as it cleans/changes modes iLoop tells you when it detects dirty floors Things I didn't like as much (Opportunities) HEAVY for it's size Battery life is shorter than expected for the size Auto Mode tends to use more water than I would expect Does this really need wifi? Clean water tank is even smaller/shorter use time than the battery life Doesn't sneak in under things as nimbly as you might hope Voice announcements will definitely need to be shut off, or at least reduced in volume This vac-mop is quite hefty for it's somewhat compact looking size, and is definitely bottom weighted design. The cleaning power and abilities are the best I've seen yet from a vac mop, and I have been zipping it out just to have the satisfaction of cleaning up a particular mess or dust bunny. On the flip side, I feel like I can watch the battery level drop by the second as I use it, and it doesn't quite do my entire main floor of hardwood/tile. The clean water tank seems like I'm constantly filling it. Reading the manual is NOT optional, as you need to know how often to manually clean what. The iLoop display is informative, and I found I was able to charge it up and start using it immediately. I love it, I'm not going back, also I'll keep waiting or the perfect solution, but until then, I'm using this one.

Having white tile in our bathroom - really shows what this thing can do! Just when I thought our floors were clean with a Swiffer WetJet, this Tineco left our floors cleaner and whiter than ever! Easy to use, doesn't put down much water for the hardwood areas of our house and minimal setup, very pleased with this floor cleaner

This Tineco hard floor cleaner is so much better than anything else we have used. We can't recommend it enough. It auto-senses dirt levels and adjusts liquids/suction accordingly. A ring indicator shows your dirt levels so that you know to pass over an area gain to get it clean. Other hard floor cleaners we have tried leave the floor too wet. The Tineco leaves little wetness thanks to its strong suction and metered delivery of liquids.The better suction also means less streaking and more dirt is picked up. The dirty water tanks looks like mud when we are done, and I didn't think our floors were that bad! :o The battery lasts about 40 minutes for us, which is enough for a few rooms. When you place the unit in its charging stand, it walks you through an auto-clean cycle. Once that cycle completes, it's easy to remove the various components to rinse them and let them dry (an important step to avoid odor). Instructions are clear and helpful. Tineco advertises that you don't need to vacuum before using the FloorOne, and that indeed seems to work fine. However, our pets are heavy shedders, vacuuming with our Dyson first makes cleaning the Tineco easier and allows us to focus on dirt rather than pet hair. This is a great hard floor / vinyl floor cleaner. I don't think you will regret putting it to use at your home except that you may be shocked by how much dirt your vacuum is leaving behind!

The worst vacuum/floor cleaner. Stopped working after just 8 days. I really wanted to have it so badly as a holiday present but this thing ruined our holidays entirely!
