love the way it cleans the floor. but when storing it away to charge if the clean water canister is left in it it leaks all over the place and makes a mess. Thinking of returning it cause it’s such a hassle with all the leaking.

The unboxing seemed simple to me, since the vacuum cleaner has several accessories, from the moment the box is opened instructions are shown that are the quick guide to use. Once you have everything out of the box, you need assembly it, only the top part is placed and it is ready. What I must make clear is that because this vacuum cleaner also has the function of washing the floor, certain actions are required to follow for its correct and satisfactory use, I mean that first of all it works with water and with a liquid to clean that is already included. In addition to this there are certain parts of the vacuum cleaner that must always be washed after use, in reality it is not difficult at all but the opposite, each part that can be removed from the vacuum cleaner to be able to clean it are easy parts to manipulate, after the first use it seems difficult to clean it, but is easier than I thought. In terms of performance, it fulfills its function well enough, however, one thing to mention that in my opinion of the most important, is the battery, the duration is not very long, however, in a scenario in which the floor it has already been swept or vacuumed previously and it only requires washing the floor, time is enough. You need to place water in the corresponding tank as well as the cleaning liquid that is included, you can use or not the cleaning liquid will depend on the needs of each person, the vacuum cleaner has a technology that detects when the floor is very dirty and is shown with indicator lights on the small display. In practice, it does not take long to get used to the weight and the angles in which it should be used, all this information is in the manual, which is very simple and easy to understand. The base where the vacuum cleaner is connected is very simple, it has enough space to place the accessories in addition to being able to continue to charge the vacuum cleaner, one of the characteristics that surprised me is the possibility of connecting the vacuum cleaner to my phone through Wi-Fi, downloading the app and registering the product, the app allows you to choose what kind of configuration you want to clean as well as the status of the battery or if there is a problem with the vacuum cleaner it will tell you. In general I think that this vacuum cleaner that allows you to wash floors may save you a little time and allows you to perform a couple of actions at the same time, it requires cleaning the vacuum cleaner in detail after each use, if this is not an inconvenience for you, it is a quite viable option when you require simplicity and effectiveness at the same time, I can recommend this floor washer vacuum cleaner.

The Tineco Hard Floor Washer S5 is an efficient and compact cordless hard floor cleaner that gets the job done. The box includes the S5, a bottle of cleaning solution. an extra dry filter and roller brush, a cleaning brush and the charging/self cleaning storage base. Once you remove everything from the box all you have to do is insert the handle into the vacuum until you here a click. I would recommend fully charging the unit prior to using it as mine had about a %40 charge out of the box. The S5 can be linked to your phone via the Tineco app so that you can view the status of your S5 on your phone as well as access the manual and tutorial videos. The approximate runtime is about 35-40 minutes in auto mode and this may vary depending on how dirty your floors are. After powering on your S5 and filling the water tank to the line you have the option of adding a capful of the cleaning and deodorizing solution to the water tank. Once you recline the S5 in auto mode it seems to do most of the hard work for you. There is no need to press any buttons to dispense the water solution as it is automatically dispensed and the power of the brush roll is adjusted based on the dirt levels. There is a blue ring on the S5 display that turns red if the surface is dirty and will turn blue as the surface gets cleaner. Once the dirty water tank is full or the clean water tank is empty the S5 will provide you with an audible warning to empty the dirty water tank and refill the clean water. The S5 will also continuously assess the cleanliness of the brush roll and suggest a self cleaning cycle when the brush roll is oversaturated. When the self cleaning cycle is suggested you simply place the S5 on the base and allow it to run the cleaning cycle until it tells you it is complete. I have a pretty large area of tile floors to clean so I had to empty the dirty water tank a few times and I was not able to clean the entire area without discharging the entire battery. The clean water tank could have been designed a little better so that you don't have to tilt it to fill it up however the design leads to the S5's sleek and compact looks. The S5 is much easier to maneuver than my previous hard floor cleaner and I feel like the brush roll design allows for a better cleaning experience. The S5 requires 4-5 hours for a full charge so it would have been great to allow for swappable batteries. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the Tineco Hard Floor Washer S5 and find it easy enough to use for quick clean-ups on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend it if you have hard floor surfaces because it cuts your cleaning time in half by vacuuming and washing at the same time

We got tile around the house and with a couple of young boys running around, we probably don't clean it as often or a thoroughly as we should. We were using a pad based mop with some cleaning solution, and had a steam cleaner that we would spot clean when really needed. The one thing with this is you would need to double down on the cleaning. The Tineco Floor One S5 looked like a product that would be great, would allow to clean more efficiently with less effort, and does it ever! Since we got this we haven't had to take out our ol' tag team cleaning solution. Included in the box was the Floor One S5, power cord, charging stand, additional brush heads, an extra filter, a bottle of cleaning solution, a cleaning brush and some manuals. The Floor one S5 is very easy to put together and just as easy to take apart. The unit does check and self cleans after use, but you can easily take the unit apart and clean the tanks, roller and filter. You don't need to push this cleaner, the roller drives the unit forward allowing you to simply glide it in the direction you wish to clean. The display is really nice and keeps you up to date on the power and cleanliness of your water/solution. With the size of our space, this unit is perfect! Cleaning also isn't as much of a chore as it was. We are really happy with the Tineco Floor One S5, Anyone with hard floors should consider looking at this for your next purchase!

This Tineco hard floor cleaner is so much better than anything else we have used. We can't recommend it enough. It auto-senses dirt levels and adjusts liquids/suction accordingly. A ring indicator shows your dirt levels so that you know to pass over an area gain to get it clean. Other hard floor cleaners we have tried leave the floor too wet. The Tineco leaves little wetness thanks to its strong suction and metered delivery of liquids.The better suction also means less streaking and more dirt is picked up. The dirty water tanks looks like mud when we are done, and I didn't think our floors were that bad! :o The battery lasts about 40 minutes for us, which is enough for a few rooms. When you place the unit in its charging stand, it walks you through an auto-clean cycle. Once that cycle completes, it's easy to remove the various components to rinse them and let them dry (an important step to avoid odor). Instructions are clear and helpful. Tineco advertises that you don't need to vacuum before using the FloorOne, and that indeed seems to work fine. However, our pets are heavy shedders, vacuuming with our Dyson first makes cleaning the Tineco easier and allows us to focus on dirt rather than pet hair. This is a great hard floor / vinyl floor cleaner. I don't think you will regret putting it to use at your home except that you may be shocked by how much dirt your vacuum is leaving behind!

I am a tineco customer for life. I will never buy another brand if wet mop vacuum. This thing is a life saver. It cleans so well and saves me so much time, and the battery life is great. I tried a bissell crosswave x7 for two days before returning it to get this, and I am much more satisfied with this purchase. It’s expensive, but so worth it.

As someone who owns a home with mostly hardwood floors, small amounts of carpets, and a large number of rugs, I've definitely struggled to find the best and most versatile cleaning solutions. The Floor One S3 is the closest I've come yet to floor cleaning bliss. Things I liked about it: Tidy package with the dock, holds most of the parts and accessories, and you don't have to plug in to charge it, there are contacts in the dock that do this for you. Extra brush roller Self Cleaning mode when you dock Voice announcements for what it's doing as it cleans/changes modes iLoop tells you when it detects dirty floors Things I didn't like as much (Opportunities) HEAVY for it's size Battery life is shorter than expected for the size Auto Mode tends to use more water than I would expect Does this really need wifi? Clean water tank is even smaller/shorter use time than the battery life Doesn't sneak in under things as nimbly as you might hope Voice announcements will definitely need to be shut off, or at least reduced in volume This vac-mop is quite hefty for it's somewhat compact looking size, and is definitely bottom weighted design. The cleaning power and abilities are the best I've seen yet from a vac mop, and I have been zipping it out just to have the satisfaction of cleaning up a particular mess or dust bunny. On the flip side, I feel like I can watch the battery level drop by the second as I use it, and it doesn't quite do my entire main floor of hardwood/tile. The clean water tank seems like I'm constantly filling it. Reading the manual is NOT optional, as you need to know how often to manually clean what. The iLoop display is informative, and I found I was able to charge it up and start using it immediately. I love it, I'm not going back, also I'll keep waiting or the perfect solution, but until then, I'm using this one.

The worst vacuum/floor cleaner. Stopped working after just 8 days. I really wanted to have it so badly as a holiday present but this thing ruined our holidays entirely!

Having white tile in our bathroom - really shows what this thing can do! Just when I thought our floors were clean with a Swiffer WetJet, this Tineco left our floors cleaner and whiter than ever! Easy to use, doesn't put down much water for the hardwood areas of our house and minimal setup, very pleased with this floor cleaner

Cannot get it to pair with my wifi and cannot figure out how to use. Instructions are either not accurate or the item is faulty. Not sure which yet.

My house is mostly hard wood flooring and tile. I've been looking around for a multi purpose cleaning machine for my floors instead of using a vacuum and mop separately. This cordless vac saves me so much time! Set up is super easy. It comes with the charging cable and stand, extra filters and brush heads, cleaning solution and some manuals. I found that the machine took about 5 hours to fully charge. I do love that it's cordless! Cleaning my floors has become a breeze! Being able to do two tasks at once is a huge time saver! The One S5 monitors the cleaning solution on the display so you know when to change it. Seeing what is in the dirty water tank after cleaning is gross yet satisfying! My floors are dark so it's difficult to see how dirty they are sometimes. It comes apart as easily as it is put together if you want to deep clean it after use. I recommend emptying the dirty water tank after each use as it can get pretty smelly if you leave it. It has a self cleaning feature to clean the rollers for the wet part. I clean that roller when I'm done and then switch it out with the spare roller so the first one can dry and be ready for the next use.

Not a vacuum, not a swiffer. But offers functionality pretty much in-between, and beyond, those two things. The advantage being you don't have to mess with dirty swiffer pads. I've got two dogs and two teens and the entire first floor of my home is engineered hardwood floor. So we see a lot of traffic and a lot of hair left behind. I like this Tineco S5 because I'm able to load up the tank with cleaner fluid and just get the whole first floor clean in one go. My bathrooms have tile floors, and I've used it in there as well, but for the most part have stuck with the wood floors so far. I know you're able to pick up big messes with it, but I've yet to have any to really concern myself with. I typically run the vacuum first to pick up any of the loose hairs and large debris. Then I run the S5 to clean the floor and leave it looking fresh. Any of the hair or debris missed by the vacuum gets picked up by the S5. The cleaning solution does a pretty good job of cleaning up the floor and leaving it streak free. My biggest wish is that it would leave a bit of shine behind, which it doesn't. The S5 is able to clean my entire first floor about 1500sq ft in one charge, and one tank of fluid. It has a self-cleaning stage where it cleans itself out and preps itself for next use. All you need do is empty the dirty water tank and put it on the charger to begin self-cleaning. It comes with an extra roller so that once you soil the first to the point of unusability you can replace it without having to buy a new one. Overall, I find it easy to use and it seems to do a really good job of cleaning up. I definitely prefer it to other auto-mops I've used in the past, and definitely better than a swiffer. I recommend it if you have a need for this sort of thing.

I have previously owned a Bissell Crosswise in previous years but left it after I had moved houses and have been dying for another wet/dry cleaner. These save so much time and also eliminate the need for mop water. The Tineco S5 Extreme comes with the vacuum, itself, cordless charging station & power adapter, two brush rolls, cleaning solution, filter, and cleaning tool. It's very easy to set up and get going before your first use. I live in a smaller apartment but have laminate wood floors in a few areas and it seems like just sweeping and using my shark vac mop doesn't get the job done quite well. I love that this one is cordless because I can easily move it between the areas I need to use it on without having to mess with a cord everywhere. You'd be surprised how dirty your floors are when you see what this thing collects! It has a tank that captures all of the dirty water in it so it's always using clean solution on the areas you're cleaning. One thing I will say is always make sure empty the dirty water tank right after you're done cleaning! I have a bad habit or forgetting about it and if you leave it, it smells HORRIBLE and makes for some extra time to clean it out. This is a great option and time saver especially if you have a lot of hard floors in your house. It combines the sweeping and mopping into one quick process and clean up is minimal.

I am in love with this vacuum! This is my top 5 fave favorite gadget! I honestly hate vacuuming, swiffering and then Mopping the floor, it’s so time consuming and I usually take big short cuts lol. This honestly works well and picks up all the dog hair and gross stuff on the floor! So easy to use.

The Tineco Hardwood Floor washer (S5) is an amazing addition to my house cleaning repertoire. It vacuums and cleans hardwood with little to no effort. It is lightweight, and easy to use, even when holding a bay. I don't have any complaints, but I do have a wishlist item: the next version of this works on carpets and hard floors. Then it would be the last cleaning product I would need for my floors!

I have become a really big fan of Tineco and I was excited to see that they had a hard floor cleaner because I really like the vacuum that I have, but half of my house is hard floor and so vacuuming then mopping has been getting old. Going into this device I was thinking it would really just be a good mop but it's vacuum capability is really great, we have 3 pets and 2 kids and a fair number of hairballs and this machine didn't blink an eye at catching them all! I LOVE the Loop design, it does my OCD really good to watch as a visual clue shows me that an area is getting cleaner and it's so easy to teach my partner to use too as he can get overwhelmed but Tineco is making cleaning SO EASY! I will say that the lady voice is a bit bossy but I appreciate her letting me know what to do with the self-cleaning function. Whenever I see that phrase I brace myself because it's never actually "self-cleaning"... but this is! I pushed a button, she went through a full cycle and then I dumped the dirty water down the sink, rinsed the container out and sat it out to dry. I could not be happier!!!

Easiest all in one device to use, seriously the best. I love how I can clean my entire house in a single go, super low maintenance and the self cleaning is such a life saver 10/10! I’d buy all my friends one of these if I could afford it!

Definitely love this, picks up very well, only down fall is the small clean water tank amd the debris channel gets clogged, i was considering om buying the vacuum woth this, i am glad i did not but cleanes very well if the tanks was bigger i would give a 5

My husband bought this "for us" and honestly starting to worry about this newfound relationship. I hear the vacuum talking at random hours, he is very protective of it and really it's valid because it's incredible. We have a huge pupper and she's not all together house trained. With this mop vacuum device it's so much easier to maintain the home and more importantly it's quick! It's much quieter than a vacuum typically is but because it does so much so fast, you aren't struck with the sound for too long. The dog and the cat don't seem terrified of it as they would with a full vacuum. It strikes me as easy to learn and incorporate into your quick daily upkeep routine.
