No rug vacuum.

Tineco Vac Mop is Amazing!

The Tineco is the most superior machine that will oit do any others! Im relieved that i have a machine I can rely on. It has several settings and the voice control guides you through maintaining your Tineco! I will never buy another brand!

I have a very large house and five dogs and this is by far the best I have ever owned.! so easy to use battery life last a long time! It will not disappoint!

Disappointed

I had such high hopes for this but they gave me two lemons. I had to take back my first machine after a week because it wouldn't work and the second started malfunctioning after a month. I have had to send back my second one to Tinco to be "worked on" and it came back to me even worse than when I originally sent it in. When the dirty water tank has an inch of water in it, it says it's full and won't continue even after I empty and clean it. I have had two Tineco floor washers previously and loved them. This one is a massive disappointment but Best Buy and Tineco's customer service is an even bigger disappointment.

In case you will still use our product, there are some hints for daily maintenance. For optimal performance, we recommend removing the roller to clear debris from the intake area, cleaning the dirty water tank and filter, running the self-cleaning mode, and charging the battery after each use. These steps help prevent smell, achieve streak-free floors, maximize suction, and extend use time. Additionally, you can find helpful start-up videos on our Tineco YouTube channel.
