Really happy with my Tineco vacuum! It picks up dog hair and dust so well, and it’s lightweight and easy to use. My floors have never looked cleaner.

Game changer!! This is the greatest appliance I’ve owned!! Easy to use, it prompts you with what’s needed, and actually look forward to using this self-propelled floor cleaner every week. My home has never been cleaner!! A+

Best vacuum mop I’ve ever owned. Works amazing. 35 mins is enough time for me to mop my 1400 sq ft home. The smart feature is a bonus. It does have the self clean feature but I still hand wash the brush since it still has a smell even after the self clean.

Wow this blew all of my expectations away! I have a long haired dog, 2 cats, and all wood floors on the first floor. I was expecting this to just clean very lightly soiled areas and I would have to go back and use a mop and elbow grease for any really stuck on grime. But no, gone are the days of sweaty, tiring, hard labor mopping! So easy to use and you just need to roll over stuck on stains a few more times than normal, no external pressure needed, the mop head does ALL of the work. This thing on max power cleaned the entire down stairs(apx 1000sqft) with 3 water changes and STILL had 21% battery life. Also I decided to go with this model for the edge cleaning and it was definitely worth it. I've only used it once so can't really speak on the self cleaning mode in depth, but after just 1 use it worked well, although I didn't mop up any fresh spills.

Wife loves how easy it is to use. She loves the self cleaning part. She recommends it to her friends.

So easy to use and lightweight. It’s also pretty quick to clean out when you’re done. One thing I think that’s weird is the suction is when you push forward on the machine instead of when you move backward. Just thought that was odd. Doesn’t change the way it cleans though.

This is great for tile and vinyl. Easy to operate and does a great job. Couple of things… it could use a bigger water container and dirty water container. And, while it’s great on tile it doesn’t really touch the grout… so, as long as you’re not expecting it to polish up grout on a tile floor you’ll be good.

This is a must have in you house ! This saves me so much time vacumming and mopping same time especially when having pets! Im thinking of getting one for my mom. I love hpw easy it is to clean up something someone accidentally spills.

I purchased this to try to save time with my cleaning as most of my home is covered in wood or laminate floors. Much to my delight, this machine did a good job of sucking up dust and debris as well as leaving my floors a lot cleaner than a conventional vacuum as it would mop while I vacuumed. Fast forward 3 months and maybe like 10 uses and this thing suddenly starts to say that the dirty water tank is full and needs cleaning even when it's been cleaned. I went through all the troubleshooting, cleaning, etc and nothing helped to resolve the issue. I contacted customer service and they said that since it was under warranty that they would repair but I would need to ship it to their facility. After digging up a large enough box and going through the trouble to ensure the vacuum was bubble wrapped and secure so it wouldn't be damaged in transit, I waited for the repaired unit to be returned to me. Well, they did return it to me, relatively quickly considering it was during the holidays but the problem was that it came back in the exact same state in which I had sent it to them, broken. Now I'm having to jump through hoops to try to get a new vacuum because it seems evident to me that a vacuum that breaks within 3 months of purchase and still doesn't work after being "repaired" is probably a lemon. So far, the only resolution I've gotten from them is to continue to send back this machine for repair, accept a different refurbished unit, or take a partial refund in which they'd deduct some amount to account for my use. Don't buy this vacuum unless you really enjoy packing and unpacking items in boxes.

Fantastic cleaning power. Comes in handy with dogs and toddlers. Certainly cuts down on time. Highly recommend!

This thing is awesome. We have a bissell crosswave as well and this Tineco is way better. I can get a lot of coverage with the 30-40 min battery because I dont have to mop over the same area multiple times to have the mop suck up the water. Very happy with the purchase.

Love love love this machine! Just last week one of the kids dropped a plate and sauce spattered everywhere. Everyone else was stressing about it but I quickly got up with a smile on my face and in two seconds the mess was cleaned up. It's so easy to use and will talk to you if the water needs to be changed or more cleaning water needs to be added.

This is a great investment that will help you mop your house in a timely manner. Easy to use and do the job tirelessly. Had many mop vacuum before but this one stand out and help us save time and have a clean home.

This vacuum mop is great. I typically run it on automatic mode. It brings up debris on our hard floors and if they’re rough spots it’ll adjust the pressure needed. Only draw back is the tank needs refilled and emptied while in use, battery also runs out quickly.

It does an amazing job cleaning and then cleans itself. So easy to use and it’s so nice not dealing with cords

Wife was looking at these at sister in laws house, we ended up trying theirs out and was super impressed with it, so with a newborn at home i got her the S5 and its beyond as advertised so far we are very happy with it.

I absolutely love this floor cleaner. I bought one for myself and for all three of my daughters and they love them as well. I love walking barefoot on my floors so I can actually feel how clean they are! The only down fall for me is the ability of the handle to go down further to get all of the way under tables.

Great product! I have two dogs, German Shepard and a corgi, as well as two cats. Our home is 2,900 sq Ft. I can keep the floors clean easily with this as well as a Dyson. 30 mins a day keeps it clean and the solution has a nice clean scent.

This devicr does a fantastic job cleaning my tile floors. Its great because cleaning one small section isnt a chore of bringing out a a kip and bucket and loading it up. I juat pull this thing out and do a quick cleaning and im done. My only complaint is how small the water revisor is.
