I wanted to share my positive experience with an appliance that I recently purchased. As a cat owner, I struggled with cleaning up hairballs and meals that my cats frequently threw up, especially in the morning when I was hurrying to work. But now, with this fantastic appliance, cleaning has become a breeze. It just sucks it all up and leaves my floor spotless in just a few passes. However, I have noticed that I can only use their cleaning solution, and there are no options for third-party cleaners. This is my only concern. Overall, I highly recommend this appliance to anyone with pets or young kids. It has made my life much easier, and I am sure it will do the same for you.

Absolutely fantastic . I was so happy to throw my broom and mop away after using it once! Our floors have never been this clean . The cleaning solution is not overwhelming I keep it charged and ready for use. Actually look forward to doing my floors!!!

All in all it's okay, but what you really need is an old fashioned scrubber & elbow grease. It cleans pretty well, but it can't get into the crevices where the caked-in dirt is. The sensor isn't really all that useful. It seems to only measures how dirty the water is and not how dirty the floor is. The water stays dirtier much longer than the floor does.

I dont know why there is some people talking about the suction is not strong, maybe they got a malfunction one, the one that we got works awesome, strong suction, cleans the dry dirts spots.

This thing is great. Does a super job cleaning floors. Really light on water usage and the battery runtime is amazing. Self-cleaning feature works very well and it stays pretty clean when cleaning up dog hair compared to the Bissell machines. Really recommend this to anyone looking for a cordless wet floor cleaner

It works very well. I have hard floors throughout my house and I was able to get the majority done in one charge. Its very convenient at spot cleaning as well. Would recommend to all of my friends.

This cleaner has one exception to the PRO. There is no image display. That is the only difference I've found so far. Love the large water tanks, voice prompts, self cleaning, app, & more. The "included" is misleading as it states 2 bottles but only one in box. Rating reduced though due to extremely bad customer service. Trying to deal with Tineco makes pulling teeth look like a cakewalk. If you're extremely lucky to get an answer at all, they are horrible communicating including giving wrong information.

I truly love the Tineco Floor One S5 3 in 1 mop. It actually removes the dirt/grime from the floor and not just move it around like a traditional mop. It has enough charge to clean my entire house. I love that it is cordless and self-propels. It also talks to you and tells you when to clean the dirty water tank and add clean water. The fact that it self cleans is another amazing feature. I have recommended this floor cleaner to many others. I would give it 4.5 stars the rating system allowed it. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I do wish it had a bit more power to remove some of the debris that is stuck to the floor.

really does a good job for the price and class. you could definitely spend more and buy bigger units, but for small space and frequent cleaning this is a great option.

It served its purpose for a few cleans. I would not buy this again. I actually just came on the Best Buy website to see when I purchase this because supposedly they have like some trade-in program or something. I’m like I gotta get rid of this thing it can’t handle my household with me and my partner together we have five dogs. I have a Roomba that goes around multiple times a day I also have a zip back and I also have the Tico. It does not get up against the side boards for like I wanna say about 1 inch from it I constantly have to undo the brush rollers from dog hair. I do the self clean out every time I use it sometimes I’ll do it twice. It was nice at first self-propelled in self dried and then the machine started leaking. It just went downhill real quick. I’ve had a few of the mop vacuum combos that have lasted me a long time and this one was the most expensive and I’m only a a few months in giving it a bad review, which I actually meant to do a couple of months ago.

The Tineco floor one s5 runs smoothly and fast. The tank size however sometimes feels smaller and the product starts screaming to clean it much before the tank looks full but the battery and cleaning are 5 stars.
