Horrible Customer Support, Not reliable

Customer service is a Joke have you on the line for hours and nobody solve anything for you, they told me were sending me an email and replacements and were all lies, also is almost impossible to understand the broken english, and let me tell you I'm not even native. Horrible experience, I don't recommend this company or product. Expensinve and faulty

Based on your description, it seems that the vacuum stopped working after around 10 uses and that you had a frustrating experience with our customer service. For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time. Additionally, please ensure that there are no blockages or debris that could be affecting the vacuum's performance.

Good vacuum but need a warranty

The only issue is that I have had to repurchase this vacuum 2 times. Each time I use the vacuum for 1 year and then it has an error or issue. Thank goodness I have purchased the protection plan wash time and I am able to replace it. I have considered buying another brand but none of the other brands have this same functionality for the price. I recommend it but buyer beware and purchase the warranty plan.

I love my Tineco

I love how it cleans up dog food and other debris, it reaches around every corner perfectly. I do like to vacuum up the pet hair before I Tineco, it leaves my floors feeling and looking so clean. Its easy to clean and rise afterwards and I love the option for auto, it releases just the right amount of water. Hands-down this product has made my life easier and cleaner!

Best thing ever!

Easy to use, and the battery life is definitely better than the cheaper models. I didn’t think I needed the iLoop technology but it certainly makes cleaning easier. Tineco fan here!
