I love it! The only downside is not being able to get corners

I loved the way this cleaned, I compared this with a Bissell Hydrosteam and the Tineco cleaned better but cleaning out the dirty water bin and getting both clean water and dirty water tanks was not so user friendly. I came with more soap than a Bissell but I went with the Bissell Hydrosteam because it was easier to use and clean, and it dried just a little bit faster.

I was skeptical of its ability to seamlessly vacuum and mop without there being issues with one or both functions. I was pleasntly surprised by its performance and the auto clean makes it easy to maintain. I use it moatly on hard surfaces since it doesnt feel right to use it on carpet

This is a time savior. I can clean all the floors in my house in one hour.

My only regret is that we didn't purchase this sooner. We have a toddler, so when it's time to eat it is a mess on the floor to say the least. This has made cleaning up the floor 10 times easier. It is very efficient and does a good job. Our basement is hardwood floors too, and it cleans that well also. It is absolutely worth the money.

I have 2 dogs, 2 kids and a whole lot of mess. This has been a LIFESAVER, especially when tracking dirt is hard to minimize. The dirt indicator makes me feel confident that I got the spot well and limit the amounts of passes needed. The self cleaning feature has made it so it completely replace other products that may take steps to start cleaning again

Works well and does exactly what it says picks up dirt and cleans - self cleaning mode is awesome and they included extra bushes and filters which makes it so easier to switch out dry and clean tools vs the ones just used. They thought of everything.

Best Christmas ever. My wife had been watching videos of the Boswell Crosswave and others similar to this on Tiktok all year and I kept getting videos sent to me. I started reading into it and it seemed like this was usually rated better by people who had got to use both. It picks up more dirt and doesn’t leave any residue behind if you do a paper towel test after a pass. She is ecstatic and has been cleaning our whole house. I will admit our hardwood floors have never looked better.

Great purchase. Cleans very well, only complaint is water gets dirty quick. But also shows that it’s doing deep cleaning.

It is the perfect mop. It does a great job in catching debris that one wont know it was there. You have to get comfortable cleaning it immediately after use and dispose water. It always amazes me how much dirt on the floor when I thought it looked clean! I use it on hard wood and had no issues!

This has really helped me cut down on cleaning time around the house. It takes off in an almost self propelled lawnmower style fashion and the auto sensing feature is truly amazing. No streaks and always gets up the water well. My only complaint is that there is about a one Inch area around the entire mop part that is just casing. This means you have a once Inch gap between what was mopped and not if you try to go up against a wall.

After one month of use all I can say is great! Having all tile flooring having to sweep and then mop was time consuming, and with the S5 it’s so simple to keep the floor clean at all times. Only draw back is the roller have a bad smell after a while, good thing it comes with 3 of them.

I love this machine. It's been a life changer for me. I would normally put off cleaning a floor until it was really necessary because of the drudgery of it. This machine I use nearly everyday, because it's so easy and only takes a few minutes. I always have clean water in it and ready, so all I have to do it grab it and the floors get vacuumed and cleaned at the same time. I would never go back to the old way again.
