It’s been a long time and still this is one of the most used electronics in my house it works great as new still. Cleans up any mess

It works very good, I like it because its self clean, tell you when to empty and fill the water love it

I waited to do my review because I was immediately unimpressed but I figured I needed time to get used to the mop and it’s features. The device always wants a self clean cycle requiring a full water tank (fine) plus cleaning fluid. The frequency of the self clean makes no sense financially/efficiently if you’re using cleaning fluid to clean and to clean the machine. The water tank is small so you can easily go through 3 tanks to clean a house and then another tank to clean the machine, all requiring fluid. Next, the dirty water tank is ultra ultra sensitive requiring it be dumped every 1/3” of water collected. I am working harder with this mop than I am with an old fashioned bucket style. I have two different type steam mops (one static one spinning) and wanted this one to try and add the “smart” dual features which included a vacuum. Don’t waste your money. Buy a simple steam mop - you’ll sweat less, walk back and forth to the sink less, and save $$. As far as it’s cleaning ability: there is no pressure in this, it very very very lightly rolls over the floor. If you have pets you know you need some scrub and this is not for you. Maneuvering: it works well, fast, but this is not enough to make it actually effective. I googled whether or not I can use some other - easier to find or cheaper cleaning fluid for it and I couldn’t find anything. Such a disappointment- I thought I’d save sweat and time.

It is a great working machine. I use it daily for simple messes and it’s perfect. The only thing I do t like about it is that it doesn’t work on hard to clean spaces such as my daughter spilled playdoh and a small bit got smooshed and won’t come off with the vacuum. But dog prints and shoe prints come up great.

I bought this for my daughter who has watched this steam mop on the internet for over a year. She loves it and says it does a great job! I may now have to consider getting one myself.

I highly recommend this floor vacuum/cleaner especially if you value your hardwood floors. I have only used this once since I purchased it 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it and it was worth every dollar spent. Best Buy offered it as a Daily Deal for $100 off. You will be impressed with the outcome!

What a machine! We just installed LVP flooring and I wanted something that would save me time and get the job done and boy does this do it. Flooring was down for two days and the amount of crud it picked up off the floor along with pet hair (2 cats and 2 dogs) it got was impressive. I am so glad I made this purchase!

Super easy to put together and use, AND works really well. Cleans up hard floors with fast dry time. Polishes it up nice too. I am very happy with it

Great product for cleaning up the floor on a regular basis as well as any spills no matter how messy. I would recommend this item to anyone but especially to those with pets and children!

I wanted to love this, I really did, but it does some weird wonky things that I don’t love. I contacted tineco customer service once already asking them why it keeps saying the dirty water tank is full, when it’s not? They told me that the sensors that hang down into the tank have to be dry… Why on earth would you put sensors into a dirty water tank that have to be dry, when it’s wet? I understand they’re supposed to sense when the tank is full, but clearly it’s too sensitive. Not only that, but it flat out stinks and I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 4 kids. The solutions don’t even smell very good. I can hardly smell them when I use them. I’m overall really frustrated with this purchase, and I feel like for as much as it cost, it should preform better. I just ordered a bissell crosswave instead, my mom just got one, and I honestly like it better, and it smells better. I guess I’m out $350.

My wife is enjoying the multiple task that this unit is able to accomplish.

Very light and wheels are powered. My back no longer hurts as it did while mopping in the traditional method. I was surprised how much "dirt" was in the water when I finished.

Couldn’t love this vacuum more! Even when I think my floors are clean this thing tell me otherwise! The water bucket is always brown no matter how many times I clean. I have kids and they are always spilling something. EAsy to use and self cleaning mode is awesome.

I was hesitant on buying the Tineco because of the price but im glad i did! It's been amazing and cleans just like advertised. The self clean is a great feature but you still need to take the brush roller, lid cover and dirty water tank out and clean after each use. This takes less than 5 minutes.

This vacuum is one of the best I ever own. I have purchase alot over the years and I have to say it traps female/long year easily without malfunctions. Enough power to clean a house and the innovative interactions is self explanatory. You can’t fail.

Most amazing thing I've ever purchased. I have 4 boys, 2 dogs, a cat, and a bird. No idea how I went so long without this. Clean up is 100 times easier. Self cleaning option is the best thing ever!!
