There is nothing i dislike. This items cleans my floors so perfect and saves me time during the day. It does not have harsh chemicals if you use the Tineco solution.

The BEST way to save time on chores. Sweep and mop simultaneously. With 3 small dogs and 5 humans, a lot of foot traffic and debris accumulates. Tineco picks up all dog hair. Love this product!

Excellent product!! I am using this weekly once. My cleaning time was 45 mins to 1 hr before but using this product, my cleaning time is reduced to 30 mins.

Ive been pretty happy with this product. My floors definitely appear to be cleaner. I havent had a major spill since i purchased it but i have “spilled” a little soup or a little hot chocolate and it seems to work just fine.

This mop works great, it stays charge for some time and does a great job cleaning the floor. The only down side is that it does not clean well between the grout lines.

Love it! It has lived up to the hype! It is extremely user friendly and easy to use. Set up was simple but be sure and not put the handle in backwards as I did. It did cause the unit to not power on but it was a simple fix and was totally my mistake.

This is a very nice modern vacuum mop with great features love that you can put away and cleans its self by a push of a button. You can also store it with its own storage bottom.

I would highly recommend this product for hardwoods and other hard floor surfaces like tile. It is amazing how well they clean the floor as can be seen from the dirty water. The self clean does a great job of cleaning the roller (don't forget to take it out and leave it to dry).

So I think this product could be amazing and I’ve only had it just for a few weeks but it’s already shut off a couple of times and acted like I had a full water tank when I didn’t and then I take the water tank out and I put it back in and then it starts working properly again so I’m just not sure yet whether or not it’s a great product. If it holds up and is sturdy then it could be,the rest of the technology in the way that it works all of that is it looks like and feels like an amazing product. Hope this helps. If it holds up I will change my review

Great investment if you have non-carpet floors and need frequent cleanups. Saves time by doing both jobs of vacuuming and mopping at the same time.

A must if you have bird dander. One cockatoo makes for a lot of dander. Picks up the dander and no more coughing. It’s perfect for all my floors too. Easy to use easy to clean. Bought on DoD but definitely worth paying full price if you have birds and your coughing.
