Heard about the Tineco from our daughter-in-law and she was right - great floor product for hard floors - all types. Really cleans up our new LPV flooring and with minimal water residue on floor. The 'wet vac' system is great and easy clean up.

The first one I purchased, within the first month, I had to send it off for repair. Tineco ended up sending me a brand new unit because they could not repair it. The company is really easy to work with.

Self cleaning is great too. The suction only mkde on this model is great forna quick spot cleaning as well

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I think this product could be amazing and I’ve only had it just for a few weeks but it’s already shut off a couple of times and acted like I had a full water tank when I didn’t and then I take the water tank out and I put it back in and then it starts working properly again so I’m just not sure yet whether or not it’s a great product. If it holds up and is sturdy then it could be,the rest of the technology in the way that it works all of that is it looks like and feels like an amazing product. Hope this helps. If it holds up I will change my review

Tineco for Mr. Dad

Saves so much time and actually cleans the floor instead of pushing the dirt around. Cereal and chips on the floor from 4, 6 & 8 year old boys is no longer a issue.

You can also store it with its own storage bottom.

The disconnect between the phone and in person customer service is unbelievable. The lack of full 5 year warranty coverage on ALL items purchase at best buy under the very expensive annual membership makes it useless.
