Amazing Machine

The water is always black! We are a family of 5 with a dog. Easy to use and clean. Only negative is I wish I would have bought it sooner.

Not as good as Floor One S3

It definitely has an issue where it seems to think the dirty water tank is full repeatedly, even though it is completely empty. It won't connect properly to wifi for my app support, and I am considering just sending it back and going back to my S3. I really wanted to love this because I would love the edging brush for cleaning under my cupboards closely, but I don't think it's a very good machine.

Really Solid, but lacks longevity.

Objectively i really don't have a large house, but it was disappointing. I guess it gives you a chance to be able to work on other things while youre waiting for it to charge.

Didn't get the added warranty from BB, so seeing what I can do through the manufacturer. Also, feels like the process to clean/maintain the vacuum is more then the job it does cleaning the floors.

We used to split the job, she would vacuum and I would mop the floor after. This cuts me out of the equation now. For one payment of 399.99, I no longer have to mop since this does both!!!
