I would use my vacuum first to pick up all the dirt and crumbs, then i would go over it with this. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME. the tank is so tiny i couldnt do the living room without refilling it 3 TIMES. It didn’t clean any better than anything else Ive used before, it didnt leave a fresh scent.. when i was done my floors still looked dirty so i had to use my regular spin mop.its sturdy , its easy to use but its not worth it if you have a lot of tile. Even its clean sensor didnt work i held it right over a dirty spot and it was saying it was clean

A great product

After it was charged the cleaning begun. My daugjter's review is nothing but 5 stars. She said it worked as advertised. She is 100 percent satisfied.

Best tool to have in your house

I threw and egg and coffee grounds on the vinyl floor and one sweep all gone and I even went over it with a white paper towel no grime left over its truly amazing. Highly recommend

Cons: leaves floor super wet with streaks and has a musty smell. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong but the smell is very strong. Pro: easy to mop and find I mop the floor way more often than before. Like being able to vacuum and mop at the same time. Like the sensor but not sure it is working the best because it will keep showing it dirty and then when I love to another area and come back it is suddenly showing as clean. I am going to look for another brand and see if it works better.

Get a Swiffer wet jet and a regular hard floor vac

Also if you love spending more time emptying out a disgusting water tank and trying to keep the thing clean then actually cleaning your house it's even better. In all seriousness this is not worth the money do not buy it. Get a Swiffer wet jet and get a nice hard floor vacuum for half the price and live your life. On the off chance none of that is sounding too terrible it does work pretty well on completely flat flooring. Mind you if you have fake hardwood or any type of tile it is useless. Also I have owned this for approximately 1 year and the sensor that detects that the dirty water tank is installed is already starting to wig out a little bit requiring me to jiggle around a whole bunch every time I want to use it. Also it literally will never stop talking and the app that you're supposed to use to sync to your phone doesn't work and I have tried all the troubleshooting options online. It also claims to have a auto detect cleaning auto detect dirty water tank emptying auto detect when the floor is More dirty and none of it works properly it's all a gimic. It will automatically tell you to run the cleaning cycle every time you put it on the station no matter what it is obviously just a programmed thing that it says not actually something it's detecting whether it's dirty or not. And it will even tell you to empty the dirty water tank even when the dirty water tank is not installed at all so obviously just something again it is programmed to say every time you put it on the base station.
