The water and suds gets out of the tray and on the floor. Also wish it had a feature to just vac or suck up water. Mostly pleased with it because it does do a good job and doesnt leave the floor to wet. Dries quickly.

Trust me my Moms broken so many of such products in a different era cuz it used to be tool for disciplining us. BOOM WHAT BOOM CRACK. But make sure you empty and clean the DWT, if not, you will be sorry. Just FYI Also, it failed the dropped egg test as far as the shell. Everything else is great!

Very satisfying to see the results. Only negative is that lines are left on the wood flooring from the rollers after it dries.

Iloop does not work

The second one was the same. I'm currently working with Tineco - have shipped off the unit under the warrenty. Hopefully will receive a new machine where the iloop works - still waiting for Tineco to ship it. In terms of cleaning function, it works well, though I wish the brush was able to go into the grout better. I'll revisit this review once I get the third machine. The iloop sensor was a major reason I chose this model.
