No need to use a lot of cleaning fluid per cleaning. The extra brushes and extra filter are very helpful. Self clean is very fast. Dirt sensor is helpful. The only negative is how it leans forward when docked.

I had this unit for less than a year before it broke, and it's not worth the hassle to send in for repairs. Worked great while it lasted, but ultimately it isn't worth the hefty price tag for a machine that doesn't even last a year.

Does a great job suction is outstanding and mopping leaves no streaks. Great led display and tells you when your dirty tank is full with voice asst. kinda of exapensive but you get what you pay for.

The roller doesnt dry that fast, I recommend taking it off after every use to air dry

Battery Dead After 2.5 Months

It was fully charged as i started to use it, but as i was going I saw the battery quickly dropping. Within a few minutes, it was dead. Charged it overnight and it only got to 17. I thought maybe the LCD display was just off, but it definitely died within a few minutes. For $500, i would expect it to last much longer than a few months. Going to attempt a warranty replacement through their website, but I’m not hopeful as it states it only applies to products bought directly through their store.

If you have a lot of debris, you will still be better off using a regular vacume. But this does a great job for small amounts of debris and the mopping function is fantastic

Useless and not worth the money

I contacted customer service via email. Customer service is mediocre and not useful. This item only worked for 2 months. Defenitely a company I will never buy from again.

A bit disappointing.

Instructions were clear on setting it up and using it. When actually putting it to use however, we found that the water tank had to be filled quite often. Also, it did not remove anything on the floor that was already dried, like water stains even. We ended up returning the unit. We were not impressed.
