Great little machine. It has a sensor tells you how clean/ dirty the floor is, and it sometimes detects dirt that is not visible on my floor so I know to spend more time there.

This product is so worth the money. I needed a new battery called the number on the mop and had the battery in two days.

We bought this machine a little over a year ago. It worked ok until a month ago when the battery suddenly lost power and would not charge. I tried to contact their customer service, first by phone, then by "chat". By phone, you are put on hold and then every 60 seconds you must press a button to acknowledge you are still there or they will disconnect you. By chat, the first time I waited 20 minutes and no response. The second time, I finally chatted with someone. After repeating myself a few times about the issue witht he machine and serial numbers, etc., they said they would send a link via email with a shipping label within 24 hours. 72 hours later, no label. chat again. oh, your ticket was lost by the computer. we will send another. received it 48 hours later. boxed up the machine and sent it off. they said it will take 2 days to fix. 10 days later, nothing. back to chat. found out that the machine was not repairable and they threw it out. never contacted me, said I didn't respond to an email so they closed the ticket. Never made the attempt to coordinate a replacement, which is a refurbished unit. Said the warranty of the refurbished unit falls to the length of the original machine. when pressed on the fact it will be two months of dealing with the issue with no machine, they refused to extend the warranty to compensate us. Take if from me, stay away from Tineco. They do everything they can to obfuscate and hope you just go away. I will never buy from them again. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Very nice and very well made. The color scheme is very good and the lighting is really good. The colors look really nice on the background too.

This is one of my best investments. I love that I can vacuum my hard floor and mop at the same time. It uses minimal water so drying time is relatively fast. You an also see that it works based on how murky the water is when you dump it. That’s the most tedious part. You have to dump the water after each use and then after allowing it to self clean. That’s the most annoying part of using it. But it’s worth it.

So far so good, I have only used it a couple times so hard to really rate it yet. The two times I have used it though it performed excellent!

I cant say enough about this! With 2 big furry labradoodles this little machine saves me on rainy days.

Pretty good. Gets the job done but it’s a pain to clean. You have to take everything apart and needs some TLC.

Good product & very convenient with vaccum & mop in one but it doesn’t reach in corners and the way the panel is about 2” all around is missed all around the room vaccum & mopping wise, hence one less star.

Excellent product - No complaints I was skeptic when I was ordering this but I'm 100% satisfied with the purchase its overall quality, effectiveness and utility.

Amazing product definitely something I would recommend everyone by that has hardwood floors.

My wife really likes the machine, the only downfall so far has been needing to use strictly tineco cleaner, which is not available everywhere.

Ver good 2 in 1 vacuum. It wouldve been perfect except it doesnt get all the way to the edges and corners.

Ehh... if you clean it really well after each use, its not terrible. If anything is slightly wet it will start to smell real quick. The wifi and app are useless and sometimes i wish i would have just gotten a regular stick vac.

This vacuum is very powerful, be it solid or liquid, removes it very quickly. Cleaning has become more easy after buying this.

Does a great job comparing to the i3 and s3, having that extra roller head space makes a huge difference and having the larger reservoir tank also is a big plus

it's an amazing machine me as a single father of 1 with 2 dogs it makes my cleaning experience an easy task.
