This item was working perfectly and now it does not charge at all nor can I use it. I contacted customer service via email. Customer service is mediocre and not useful. This item only worked for 2 months. Defenitely a company I will never buy from again.

I had high hopes but hate this thing for my home. Part is probabaly bc we have hand scraped hardwood and this machine doesnt clean all the boards due to the unevenness and extremely thin nap of the roller. I get the same results on our tile floorig as well. It does an "okish" job on the tilea but the grout isnt touched. It also smells horrible even woth me making sure to empty after each use. Its also frustrating to use for quick messea bc you have to fill each time bc its not supposed to sit with clean water inside either. We typically ran a stick vac before using this and it still seema like what small dibres are left just get pushed around by the roller insgead of vacuumed up as advertised as well. Im going to try to sell on marketplace for more than a $200 loss due to hating it so much. I bought in 2022 and used maybe 5 times and ended up going back to mop and bucket.

Great vacuum mop. Love its cleaning capabilities. You do have to clean it after each use. But its very nice.

It was great for the short time it worked. Now it will not finish the kitchen in one attempt even if I sweep and mop first. It continually says to clean dirty water tank or debris channel, even when the tank is empty and the channel is clean. I have scrubbed it completely and it still doed the same thing. Unfortunately im stuck with it because bestbuy says its not returnable even though it only worked for about 2 weeks.

LOVE IT! I dragged my heels over purchasing a washer until this went on a great one-day sale for $329 just before the holiday. I ended up using just a capful of my Cortec cleaner in the tank vs. their cleaner as my Coretec floor requires certain cleaning chemicals. The machine sucked up everything and left my floor spotless. Best thing is that it self-cleans when you are done. It's tougher to get on my hands and knees as I age - and this little machine really helps.

I love more chalenge and I like to learn about new things. This vacuum is very smart and no easy to use if you don’t know about technologie.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She wanted the ifloor 3 but after doing some research and reading reviews I went with this one. She loves it. Works perfect for our Vinyl and Ceramic flooring.

This was so wonderful that I ordered one for all my kids

Had a BISSELL Crosswave and had issues with it so I returned and bought this. I love it so much! It is less messy and it uses a lot less of the cleaning product. Would buy again over the Crosswave if given the choice.
