Even when it was completely clean. Then a few days later it started making loud motor sounds. There is no way possible it was because of something I did. I take amazing care of this vacuum & make sure its always perfect when I am finished with it.

The mopnis a very light version as it doesn't scrub spots out well on a textured tile floor. The disappointing part is tou can't vacuum independently. I returned due to that. It appears you need the right model to get that use and for a smart device that stinks.
