    Broke after 3 months

    It only lasted 3 months. I contacted customer service and they said to send it to them and they will fix it. The app says motor repair. I’m thinking expensive item. I will let you know what happens but so for it worked great when it worked. I have used it specifically according to the directions and even swept before using. I hope this is resolved soon.

    By far one of the best Vacuums in recent history. Use it for over a month now and the only complaint that we have is battery could last a little longer

    If I could give this a 0 star I would. It worked great while using it. However Used this product for less than a month and it stopped charging, lights won’t turn on, it does nothing. Warranty takes weeks to respond or make any suggestions. Best Buy won’t take it back because it’s passed their two week return window. Beyond disappointed!!
