I do like it but…

It’s not even turned on and it’s totally random. This happened also after I was using it and I turned the power off and the brush kept spinning and wouldn’t stop. I have no idea what’s going on with it. I dint know if it’s defective or what. I’d give it more stars if it weren’t for this problem, cuz it works great.

Not worth it

I have 3 kids and 2 dogs and this thing definitely cant handle my house.

Based on your description, the vacuum leaves streaks across the floor, does not effectively clean up messes, and struggles to handle the traffic in a household with children and dogs.
For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time.

Frequent malfunction

All it keep saying is chage dirty water tank, with full clean water tank. We did all that but still couldn’t get it to work. This was the second one that lasted about the same length of time. I am wondering if this company is still in business. Lucky for me I’m a total tech member with Best Buy, so I will return this today for a different name brand.
