We are glad to hear that the machine works okay for you and that you appreciate the convenience of its cordless design! However, we sincerely apologize that the battery life is insufficient to finish your cleaning in a single charge and that the overall performance did not meet your expectations compared to your previous vacuum. We understand how frustrating this is, and we want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously and will use it to continuously improve our products and services.

Based on your description, the main issue is that the battery runs out before you can complete your cleaning tasks, which takes away from the convenience of having a cordless machine.

For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time.
