I love this thing. I did plenty of research and this one seemed like a no brainer. Very happy I chose this model. I read comments of people complaining how often the hepa filters take to dry(every 24 hours), but it comes with two, so while one dries, the other can be used. I also read people complaint about how often the dirty water had to be emptied, and clean water had to be refilled. Honestly it is not nearly as an inconvenience as people make it out to be. Still 3000% easier and much cleaner than manual mopping. Amazing at actually cleaning your floors. I love the self cleaning option. You know you are never just moving dirt around your house!! Must buy

Tineco cleaner does a good job. Don’t expect the cleaner to take the place of scrubbing the floor by hand. I use it two or three times during my cleaning cycle then scrub by hand. It is nice but for stubborn spots you still need to scrub by hand.

Vacuum cleaner/mop is very easy to use and does a very good job. I have tile in my house except for the rooms and it is able to provide me with one good round of cleaning before running out of battery.

Great product leaves floor looking clean and battery last long enough to do the job.

This vacuum cleaner is the best thing for hard surface floors. You never truly understand just how dirty your floors are till you use this vacuum. Totally worth it!!

Great for hard surface floors, carpet not so much. Other than that love the self cleaning feature!

Leaves my tile floor clean and shiny. Does not leave any residue like standard mops. Also love how it vacuums the water so I don’t have to worry about my dog and family walking on wet floors and leaving foot or paw trails.

I love my Tineco! It's well worth the money. I love not having to vacuum and then mop. It saves so much time!

Not the best at cleaning floors - sure it is good for a light sweeping and light mopping. but not as good as doing it yourself. Would I pay the full amount for this in retrospect? probably now

Just received and got straight to it and wow. Please buy it's amazing and the self cleaning is excellent

Overall pretty easy to use this 2in1 vaccum+mop cleaner Only downside is that it's not very good at corners, and don't have much angle to go far under bed. If you will see it on sale - buy it!

Other than the filter getting nasty and smelling really bad when you use it this is a great product! Obviously you have to treat it with care but it really does an amazing job on cleaning up quick spills I'm taking care of hardwood floors tile floors any kind of floor other than carpet. My teenagers can use it when they do their chores and they actually get the floor clean! And bleached out the filter a couple times and make sure to keep the empty container clean and that takes care of the smell.
