||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product cleans great, we didn't use the product that often, used only Tineco cleaning solution and cleaned unit after each use, however after 2.5 years product stopped working with flashing Max icon. We confirmed there was no blockages, contacted Tineco customer support who instructed us to return for repair at a cost of $78, next step was for them to email a returns label, however 24hrs later got an email saying product was over 2 years old and declined to offer repair and offered 5% off original price for a replacement.

This one was okay, but I couldn’t really get corners or small spaces. Honestly, not really worth it but it does clean.

I keep it at my disabled aunts house for the times I clean her place, but for the price I would expect it to be a little more aggressive with the cleaning.

It's great for quick clean-ups, especially if you have dogs! I love that it has a mop and scrub setting for tougher jobs, but the scrub setting uses the battery very fast, that's why I only gave it 4 stars.
