Broke after 4 months

I had it 4 months and it recently broke somehow where the water doesn’t get released so it’s basically a vacuum now. I wrote to Tineco. Hopefully can get it resolved. Overall great vacuum mop.

Have not gotten much use out of it

It did a great job left now streaks but the clean water tank seal came apart after only 2 months of using it . I bought a replacement tank thinking it was problably a one time thing …. Welp just as I was getting ready to clean my living room tonight the seal came off of this second tank as well . After spending $300 I shouldn’t have to keep replacing the tank . Very disappointed.
