Amazing for two days and then it broke.

I was very careful to follow all the cleaning instructions after each use because I’ve never had a device like this and I just wanted to make sure I was doing what I was supposed to. However, it didn’t matter. It stopped working after about six uses over two days. I tried to reach out directly to customer service, they didn’t really troubleshoot with me at all, and they never followed up with me with a escalated phone call. So I just ended up returning it to Best Buy, which was fine, but I’m just disappointed because I really wanted it to work.

tineco ifloor3 plus

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like(d) it a lot...however, it quit working after the first 2 weeks of very light use (maybe a handful of times). Unfortunately, after the first couple of weeks of owning it, I went out of town and so I didn't use it for over a week and when I went to use it after owning it for about 3 weeks, it didn't work anymore. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that it was not working anymore until after the fifteen day return/exchange window that Best Buy has. So, I'm extremely frustrated. Thankfully there is a warranty on the item but buyer beware that if the motor stops (which is what is wrong with mine) even within the first few weeks that you have to do everything through the manufacturer unless you bought the protection plan with Best Buy.

Never get a wet/dry vacuum lol

The vacuum does work good for what it is, but it is GROSS to clean it. You literally have to clean it out every time you use it or else it will start to smell bad and not work as well. Nastiest vacuum ever and not worth the $ :(

We are really sorry for your unhappy experience. iFloor 3 equips with hands-free, self-cleaning system keeping brush and tubes clean and odor-free. Please note that the machine must use Tineco solution to ensure the long-term use. The use of non-Tineco solution will cause corrosion and damage to the machine. But we suggest the roller needs to be cleaned totally once in a while and dry in air to keep it clean. Hope you have a nice day.
