Dead after 18m

Worked okay for 1 year then it’s like it knew we didn’t have warranty anymore and now it only wants to self clean, then shuts off. My husband is pretty handy and he tried fixing it…. Nada… piece of shaaaat

Not for Old People like Me! (70)

I did my kitchen, two bathrooms and a mudroom today and my back was killing me! Had to take a pain reliever! Lol. I also think it's heavy. It's harder to pull back than go forward and you WILL get a workout!! Plus you have a lot to clean afterwards and let dry. Do I recommend it? Well for $300 No. If you can get it for $200 or less and are young, Yes.

Decent if it runs

I dog sit and use about once a week. Not much scrubbing action but vacuumed water up decent ubtil it stopped. Not very good customers support with problems

I really wasn’t impressed with how awful it smelled even with regular cleaning. The motor eventually went out in the item when it was past the warranty date.
