    I cleaned the floor with my shark steam cleaner and then followed up with this and it was still dirty water. Did it a second time and perfect.

    Love this vac mop. Cleans the floor better than anything I have ever seen. If you think your floors are clean, think again. Use this one time and you will be sold. Beast thing since sliced bread !!!

    Motor rusts and company cant repair as discontinue

    I have had it for about 3 years when it died. The machine kept telling me to clean out the debris so I went through the entire machine cleaning everything. Watched videos on youtube and reviewed the manufacturer site to make sure I did not miss anything. After multiple tries to get it fully clean it self I noticed the water that cleans the roller was starting to pool. That's when I realized it had lost it's suction. I checked to make sure the hose that the water is sucked up through wasn't cracked and it was fine. So it appears to be the actual vacuum motor that stopped working. I have read forums and watched videos that indicate the main motor between the fresh water and dirty tank is not protected thus moisture enters when using and the motors rusts thus seizes up. The little motors in the vacuum head don't have the issues just the big one that is expensive and hard to replace. Contacted company for repair, they said they have no way to repair as the model is discontinued and they no longer have parts to repair it. The offered a 10% coupon though. Like I would ever buy something that fails this quickly and when they have no way to repair.

    Doesn't stay running

    I have owned the iFLOOR3 for less than 2 months. The first few times using it was wonderful. I was very impressed with it. However, now every time I used it, it shuts off after 10-30 seconds of use. It will flash to clean the dirty canister, and I will clean the whole vacuum thoroughly and it still shuts off and flashes. I'm at a loss on why it continues to do this every time I use the vacuum. I am very careful to clean it down as thoroughly as I can after each use as well. I'm very disappointed because i had heard it was a much better product than the Bissell Crosswave.

    Maybe try the Crosswave?

    Bad experience with this company. My $400 ifloor s3 was useless after minimal use within a 6 month time frame. One day it said to restart the machine or contact costumer service. So I did. After their investigation my machine was determined to be useless. I was told I would be sent a brand new one. Went through the hassle of packaging and sending it back to them- just to receive a used, scratched up machine with pieces Missing. After using the new machine for a few days it has already begun leaking and malfunctioning. Customer service told me to go through the hassle of sending the “brand new “ machine back for them to fix or at that point they would be willing to refund SOME of my money. ??????. So basically, they’re wanting me to just GIVE them my hard earned money because they designed a faulty product. I am not happy at all. If I can spare at least one person the headache I endured, good for me. Good luck.

    Great when it was working

    Had this for a little over 2 months. Previously owned a different brand that was corded but I wanted to go cordless. This one doesn’t hold as much water but seems to be more powerful. After about 9 weeks of owning this, the suction stopped working. Difficult to get in touch with customer service via phone, email seems to be the only way but their response time is terrible. Then they want me to ship it for servicing, they sent me a shipping label but no box and said turn around time between 1-2 weeks. Tineco is supposed to be the better brand and quality but compared to lesser expensive brands, not as durable and customer service isn’t as good.

    Not bad but not good. Definitely not for deep cleaning. Also gets “dirty” really fast and stops working because it need self cleaning. You can’t clean more than two rooms without changing the water and self cleaning. I would say the time and effort you save by mopping and vacuuming and once you spend cleaning the vacuum itself.

    Have to run the self cleaning cycle AND take apart to clean allll the parts every time. It outputs a smell like stinky/musty water when it's running no matter how much I clean it. I don't use it to clean up messes, just regular floor cleaning. For that much work, I'll just use a regular mop.

    Worked well for first 25 months. on 26th month, simply stopped working. Did some troubleshooting by phone with Tineco and was told the flashing "max" light meant the motor was bad. Out of warranty by less than 2 months......Do these things have an internal clock to become trash right after warranty expires? I mean, really??

    Please help! Giving it stars because it worked perfect for about 2 weeks but now I have tried it all: self-cleaning, cleaning where the water should come out, making sure nothing was clogged, making sure there was plenty of water in the CWT, emptying the DWT. NOTHING works. I have gotten to use this thing like twice and it worked great before but now it will not release any water.

    This thing is amazing! I have two cats and this makes keeping up with my floors a breeze. I was worried it wouldn’t work well or that it would leave too much water on the floor, but it cleans up 90% of spots (unless it’s in a corner or been dried on for a while) and leaves a thin layer of water which dries quickly.

    This unit has failed and been replaced under warranty three times, with each time taking close to a month for the return process. I'm completely disappointed as it did a great job on the floors, but just doesn't hold up.
