It picks up dog hair, any toddler mess and just does a great job of making my house look and smell amazing!! Glad I went with this instead of the Bissel.

It doesn’t replace a good mopping but it is great for a spill or a quick run through the house. Definitely cuts back on needing to mop as often.

I hate mop buckets this replaced it. I have a toddler and an infant this helps a lot with the mess he creates.

So far the product is not bad the only downside is that the water tank it is too small and I have to keep filling it every five minutes. I think they could do better the water tank little bigger, which is gonna give you more time to clean the floor.

Besides that the product works good, seems to only last 6 months so make sure to buy the warranty

It’s incredibly confusing trying to compare models - it seems that the big box stores have their own versions that are similar but different to what Tineco has described online. That being said, the 3 plus did a great job and sold me on the idea of this machine. After two tries, I realized that a larger capacity tank for clean and dirty water, and longer running time are what I need. I also like a roller that can wipe all the way to the baseboards, so plan to buy the Tineco 5 or 6.
