Great cleaning device

Great concept but poor execution

For tougher stains, you have to keep the roller in the same spot for several seconds because it will not clean with one stroke. The self cleaning feature stops midway and restarts itself when the dirty water tank gets full so I have no idea if the roller is clean without having it restart. I will be returning due to disappointing experience.

Time saver

It does not get right up to molding, probably an inch away, so at some point you would have to scrub around edges.

She has had the Bissell machines for years and they all break down in an average of 2 years. This machine is a lot better than tbe best Bissell has to offer.
