Not my favorite wet/dry vacuum

Maybe I do not know how to work it but when I pull the vacuum backward it leaves a lot of water and is not vacuuming it up as well when you push it forward. Some of my wood floors have some water damage. Not terrible but still there. If you have wood floors just keep an eye out for excessive water when you pull the vacuum backward.

Love this contraption

Tineco mop/vacuum

Left awful streaks

Got home eager to use and was dead, had to charge night before. Tuesday was excited to try it out. Followed all directions and this thang was leaving awful streaks. Called Tineco, worst customers service ever. Can’t speak lick of English. Said I had defective unit and to return. What I’m gonna do. Huge letdown. This vac has great reviews, guess I got a dud. Not gonna gamble with another.

Stopped vacuuming up the water

I am single with no kids so I only used it once or twice a week, I can't believe it broke that quickly, I'm very disappointed. It is very convenient to use and I've loved having it, but for the price if it's going to break down that quickly I don't want to buy another.
