    The beginning the vacuum worked great. Then it didn't. It would randomly shut-off even after being charged and containers dumped.

    It leaks soap and water everywhere. It lasted 7 months best buy did not stand behind the 2 year parts and labor guarantee

    Motor malfunction

    I LOVED my tineco wet vac up until I had to send it in to have it fixed not even a year after I got it because of motor issues. I sent it back in, they fixed it. And now I’m having the same issues!!! Once again motor malfunction. I clean it out every single time I use it and take great care of it.

    PLEASE dont buy this. The idea of it is awesome, but it sucks. It takes so much maintenance and then stops working randomly and its hard to figure out why. The dirty water tank fills up almost immediately and is hard to click back in. Not worth the hassle.

    This was wayyyy overhyped. Had to go over the same area several times to clean spots, and you have to dump and refill water wayyyyyy too often. Also wasn't as maneuverable as advertised. This was my first ever return to Best Buy after testing in only one small area.

    This vacuum is super high maintenance. For the amount of cleaning you have to do to keep it running well, you might as well just vacuum and mop.

    Not as good as reviews make it out to be

    Poor mopping capability, which is what we bought it mainly for. Barely puts out any cleaning fluid and the brush head doesn't scrub off what a quick, gentle wipe with a paper towel has no problem removing. We have actual 20mil core-tech flooring not from a box store.

    I don’t understand what the hype is about this thing. The water reservoir is way too small. U constantly have to refill it. There’s a gap between rollers that is seen in the streak it leaves.. it is not worth the price tag..

      The capacity of the dirty water of iFloor 3 is 0.5L and it meets the cleaning need for a majority of users. If you need a larger tank, we suggest you take a look at Tineo Floor One S5 with a 0.7L dirty water tank. As for the leaving streak issue, we believe it has nothing to do with the gap. Instead, we suggest you check the roller, tube channel, and bottom of the unit for any possible blockage or damage that could cause such a problem.     The water reservoir is too small. The machine is too loud. The roller does not release dog hair in self cleaning . Already had to throw away one roller . Definitely not pleased with it. Leaves streaks on ttile.

    How long the battery will last?

    A good hardwood or tile floor vacuum. Not so practical for carpet. Has mop function which we’re not using because the unit requires detailed cleaning after each use. No spare battery!!!

    We used this on our tile hardwood floors and it’s amazing. The squeegee and vacuum does an amazing job picking up the dirty water leaving hardly any left in the surface so it dries super quick.

    We bought this for our daughter and her boyfriend and they love it. They have 2 cats and 1 dog, they love to make a mess and they told us they would recommend this for anyone who has pets.

    This mop/vacuum has a very soft brush it doesnt get the job done. And it only gives you 30 minutes to clean! Not enough for me.
