Needs to charge 6 hrs for only 20 mins. Dont too loud. And dosnt clean well at all. Very disappionted

Does not work well, I have to empty dirty water around 5 times, fill up the tank of water the same times. I rather just use a regular broom and mop.

Disappointed. Not as good as you may think, I would look for other options

This broke after two uses. The roller does not have enough power to spin the roller. Don't waste your money. I returned

I got this to help clean my hard tile floors, but it wasn’t as easy and convenient as just using chlorox wipes. It was more work cleaning and drying (it takes 24 hours to dry), than just wiping the floor by hand.

Vacuum worked well but the mop did not get up spots in the floor. Maybe good for quick coverage but yhe wer cleaner was not great. Ended up returning.

very cheap. I bought if for my during Christmas and vacuum stopped working the following month. SMH

Great little machine that mops and vacuums at the same time. Saves a lot of time and can clean very efficiently

I have used the product 3 times and now it says its self cleaning. The machine won't run due to it being stuck in self cleaning. The customer service at the manufacturer wanted proof i purchased the machine. Then wanted me to send it somewhere. This machine is a waste of money.

The Tineco iFloor 3 Plus arrived a few days ago. Assembly was simple and took just a few minutes. After a couple hours of charging the vacuum, I filled the clean water tank, put in a capful of the included cleaning solution, and went to work on my floors with the iFloor 3 Plus. I was pleasantly surprised with its performance. It is lightweight, cordless, and easily maneuverable. The self-propelled motor makes it easy to push across the floor. It did an excellent job of cleaning my hardwood and ceramic tile floors. It mops and vacuums at the same time to save cleaning time. It did not leave any streaks as it cleaned, and the floor was quick to dry with no stickiness left behind. It is easy to see how well the vacuum is cleaning the floors by the look of the water in the dirty water tank. There is a LED display that shows remaining battery life, if it needs water, if it needs to be cleaned, and if it has sensed a blockage. Battery life is about 25 minutes on low cleaning power and about 18 minutes on max cleaning power. It was enough time to clean about 1,000 square feet of flooring. After I finished cleaning my floors, the iFloor 3 Plus was very easy to disassemble to clean. I emptied and cleaned the dirty water tank, cleaned the filter, and put it on the charging station for a self-cleaning cycle. The self-cleaning function automatically flushes the brush roller and inner tubing of the vacuum. After self-cleaning, I cleaned the dirty water tank and swapped out the brush roller and filter with the included spares to allow them to dry in the charging station. A seamless process from start to finish. The iFloor 3 Plus has changed the way that we clean our floors. For years, we have used a standard cordless vacuum and a spray mop to clean our hardwood and ceramic tile floors. No more mops or wet jets…it is the iFloor 3 Plus from here on out. The iFloor 3 Plus is easy to use, saves time, and leaves our floors shiny and clean. Highly recommended!!!

Is not as great as the newer one. Unfortunately wasnt given the total amount back wgen my new one broke and had to settle for the lesser brand. Will be returning under warranty

It works as expected but it needs more water storage. Otherwise it runs out too fast.

Versatile vacuum makes our 90% laminate floor cleaner that it’s ever been. We used to use those “easy” mops that have replaceable wet pads to mop our floors and they worked better than a mop and bucket but this vacuum makes it a piece of cake! The setup and operations were so simple that I thought I was missing something in the suggestions (instructions) but I wasn’t. I normally am the type of person that can pull new electronics out of the box and start using it without help but I had never used a mop/vacuum combo like this before so I read the suggestions. It is so simple, push the power button. If there is liquid in the clean water tank it will mop and vacuum. If that tank is empty it will vacuum only. When you are done just set it on the base and it charges automatically! The vacuum even cleans the brush by itself! There will be a “water drop” icon that lights up which means it needs to clean the brush. Just set it on the base and press the water drop button once and it cleans the brush for you! I am very impressed with the simplicity, power and convenience of this vacuum/mop. I love the base with self-charging so you never pick it up and find that the battery is dead. The dirty tank is very easy to empty. The unit is lightweight but feels well made. So far, this is a great product!

Bought as a gift. Has great reviews and thought the price was better then other places.

Please don’t waste your money. It barely gets the surface of your floor, there’s no point in using it when you have to steam mop after. Then the best part is the little bit of water and dirt it does manage to grab once you turn it off it leaks all over your not so clean floor.

I was able to use those vacuum three times, and then after that it would start telling me it needed to be cleaned and not allow me to use it even though it was very clean. Disappointed in this product and it was returned.

Great for what it’s said to do wish it was just more sturdy build

I have never owned a wet/dry mop vacuum so I don't really have anything to compare it to. It did really well vacuuming up dirt and the mop feature was nice. Its lightweight and easy to maneuver around the house. The only con to this product is that it isn't good for heavy duty mopping. I still had to spot clean some areas that it just wouldn't clean. That being said, its a great addition to my cleaning tools. The setup was super easy. It comes with a bottle of cleaning solution and you only use a cap of solution for every container of water so it will last a long time. It comes with a multipurpose cleaning tool to help keep your vacuum clean and working properly. It is cordless so you will need to charge it. The charge lasted for quite a while. I was pretty impressed with how even the water was distributed on the soft brush and having just the right amount. I didn't see any lines or streaks. The cleaning solution dried quickly so I was able to walk on the floor in just a few minutes. Great product.
