Works great, the vacuum is powerful and it cleans great

The company is ridiculous. I wish I would've looked at their website before purchasing. Their troubleshooting solutions aren't logical, and their customer service is garbage. The machine stopped working within a couple of months.

Worked great for the first 4 months..now rollers wont clean evenly. Only 7 months old and battery went out. Also kept up with having it throughly clean. Waste of money if you ask me.

Worked good for the first two times I used it, then it would only work on the vacuum mode and not suck water up. Good idea but poor quality.

Vacuum suction is real slow,And wet mop leaves spots .cleaning is a mess and if you keep it without cleaning it stinks ..

The trash bin said it needed to be empty with nothing pretty much in it…Was pretty annoying tbh.

I loved it at first, its been a year & it stopped working. Contacted customer service, they told me they would email me a prepaid postage within 24 hrs its been a week already & I haven’t received anything.

Bought Nov. 2022,, will only charge to one notch, only works for about 3 minutes.

The product itself gets 5 stars, Best Buy gets 1 star for not honoring price protection. They advertised the vacuum for less, but will not price match. I am currently filing a complaint with my state's attorney generals office.

This item is not worth purchasing. Keeps leaking and turning off in middle of using.

I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Tineco Vacuum, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and versatility. As someone who values cleanliness and efficiency, this vacuum exceeded my expectations in several ways. First and foremost, the Tineco Vacuum boasts powerful suction capabilities that effortlessly lift dirt, dust, and debris from various surfaces. Whether it was hardwood floors, carpets, or even high-pile rugs, the vacuum handled each with ease, leaving no trace of dirt behind. Its intelligent cleaning system automatically adjusted the suction power based on the surface type, ensuring optimal performance and battery usage. One standout feature of this vacuum is its lightweight design and ease of maneuverability. I could effortlessly carry it up and down the stairs without feeling fatigued, making it a breeze to clean multiple rooms in one go. Additionally, the swivel steering allowed me to effortlessly navigate around furniture and tight corners, ensuring a thorough clean throughout my home. The Tineco Vacuum's filtration system is worth mentioning as well. Equipped with a HEPA filter, it efficiently trapped allergens and fine dust particles, greatly improving the air quality in my living space. As a pet owner with allergies, this feature was a game-changer, as I noticed a significant reduction in airborne pet dander. The vacuum's battery life proved to be adequate for my needs. On a single charge, it provided enough power to clean several rooms before needing a recharge. The LED battery indicator was a helpful addition, letting me know when it was time to plug it in. I also appreciated the range of accessories that came with the Tineco Vacuum. From the multi-purpose brush tool to the crevice tool, each attachment served a specific purpose and made cleaning hard-to-reach areas a breeze. The wall-mounted dock for storage and charging kept everything neat and easily accessible. However, one minor gripe I had was with the dustbin size, which seemed to fill up rather quickly during heavy cleaning sessions. Although it was easy to empty, a larger capacity would have been more convenient for extended use. In conclusion, the Tineco Vacuum has proven itself to be a reliable and efficient cleaning companion. With its powerful suction, excellent maneuverability, and HEPA filtration, it caters to both cleanliness enthusiasts and allergy sufferers. While a larger dustbin would be a welcomed improvement, the overall performance of this vacuum makes it a worthy investment for any home.

I could not finish mopping my floor without it giving me an error to either dump the water, add fluid or to self clean

Lid cover cracked within two months of purchase. Haven’t used since.

Cleaning quality POOR only use for 6 months some many issues. Do not recommended.

The iFloor 3 Plus has been a great addition to my cleaning repertoire, bringing a level of convenience and effective cleaning which are nearly unmatched. We recently moved to a new house with a ton of different hard floor surfaces, a mixture of materials including hard wood, vinyl, and laminate (of note, these are all of the sealed variety, meaning the iFloor is acceptable to use on all of them). Giving the expanded hard floor real estate, I was excited to give this thing a try. And I'm happy to report it has delivered an effective clean with a mostly hassle free experience. Primarily, I've decided that it's best to do a pre vacuum cycle with a stand alone vacuum prior to using the iFloor. While the iFloor serves the purpose of vacuum just fine, I've found it more effective and easier to clean when you limit the amount of pet hair and general debris you expose the thing to. The iFloor does have a self cleaning cycle, which does great for keeping things sanitary inside the machine. You'll need to make sure you're diligent with cleaning the filter, brush and tank, though. Performance wise, this vac did great for cleanups. It was able to handle a wide array of messes, and frankly could be used for some major spills. Again, the bigger the messes you work on, the more you'll need to clean the machine's components, so keep that in mind. But the iFloor was incredibly effective, and required minimal passes to suck up the liquid solution, leaving the floor impressively clean to the touch and to the eye. Again, I've used this on hardwood, vinyl, and laminate and I've found it effective in all scenarios. It even surprisingly can work as a spot vacuum on carpets as well. I found the battery was more than sufficient for a round of cleanings in my house, handling my kitchen, dining room, entryway and laundry room on my main floor and the bathrooms, hallway and main bedroom on the top floor. One final note, my wife and I were surprised at how relatively quiet the machine was. I was slightly concerned it wasn't going to do a great job given the lower noise level, but that's obviously not been the case. Overall, this is an incredibly effective hard floor cleaner that leverages battery power to deliver an incredibly convenient clean. As long as you stay on top of keeping it clean, the self clean function helps keep things from getting nasty. With a two year old and a cat at my house, this has become an invaluable part of my cleanup routine.

We've been using Swiffers and Norwex mops for years. They do a great job but this changed everything. Now granted, this shouldn't be used to clean clump messes say like cereal spills, but for cleaning up spilled drinks or puppy accidents...this is super quick and easy to use. It seems to do a good job and the floors look great. For us, it's been a life savor because we have 2 puppies still in the process of being housetrained. For their liquid accidents, this makes quick work of it and there's no need to wipe of and then spray the floor with a cleaner...this does it all. It also keeps the floor from having the cleaner residue which we always seemed to have. For solid messes, you should still wipe/pick up but after that...same process to clean it. It has a self-cleaning cycle for the cleaning pad, but it has not kicked on yet. The dampness from cleaning dries quickly...less than a minute. Pros - EASY to use!!! - Just put the solution in and the water and turn it on. - Lightweight and quiet - Has 2 speeds - It has it's own docking station - Comes with solution, extra cleaning roller, and an extra filter - Easy to clean - rinse, dry and repeat Cons - So far no complaints - maybe charging time compared to run time, but we haven't depleted the battery yet so I'm not 100% sure on that one. - Sometimes seems to leave a little mess behind when turning off the machine. Overall - My wife loves it. It's making cleaning up after 2 puppies and a hyper 6 year old a lot easier.

I only used it for a couple of times, then it stopped working.

I do not like that I can not control when the water is dispersed. This is a very big drawback. But i do like that i don't have to drag my regular vac that I use for my carpets out and run over a sticky floor. Also does not to near walls very well either.
